koky Posted June 17 Report Share Posted June 17 well , i really like pvd and edgar both .. i like what pvd plays and what he produces ... ive liked his style from the begining ... his music is second to none .. what i have always noticed tho that he lacks is "ENERGY" which to me , when you are playing a huge room is probably the most important thing a dj needs to make it work .. in this department definately edgar will always win imo !! ive never had better nights of energy and nonestop crazyness than when edgar played at the old space ... tiesto , pvd , and other huge name dj's would come and play and then edgar would come on after and outshine them !! THOSE NIGHTS TO ME ARE PRICELESS AND I WOULDNT CHANGE EM FOR THE WORLD !! yes edgar plays pvd tracks .. so what ? he plays tiesto tracks as well.. armin tracks etc ... does it really matter... ? edgars style is like no others imo ... he plays a few tracks other dj's spin but if you stay long enough you will see what sets him apart and infront of all the dj's ive mentioned..noone will ever say how he will switch all that up and get into some heavy tech or hard trance & even some krucial breaks to spicen it up and fuck the club all up !! they will just point out that he spun something someone else spun as well .. well "NEWSFLASH " everyone is gonna spin a record that someone else spun .. big fuckin deal .. he also plays shit no other dj's has ever played .. but most important thing is .. the way the set is put together !! like i told a few people before... that blue room at space belongs to 3 people ... oscar g , roland , and even tho hes no longer there EDGAR V !! ive never seen any dj's even come close to these 3 guys !! in the running also from what ive seen would have to be zabiella last year and eric morrilo ... sorry edgar but its the truth .. i know you look up to some of these dj's but hey .. nothing wrong with outshining those you look up to ... someone has to sooner or later . and im not sayin they suck or anything.. just that for that room you need the energy only a few of you guys can put out Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
