He does have that extra protection, and in a fight, he could probably be a bit more calculating than the Hulk. I guess I never thought about it in that way. He discovered something called "The Dymand of Cytorak," which gave him his brute strength. His original name is Caine Marko, and he was already a big dude. This diamond, however, made him even bigger, and upon gaining his powers, he threw the diamond into orbit so that it could never be found, and so that he could never run the risk of losing his power. Juggers is dumb no doubt, and would take a little yellow school bus if he went to school, but i think hulk is even dumber. If the Hulk went to school not only would he ride the little yellow bus but he'd have to have an aide escort him all throghout the schoolday. My moneys still on Juggers. However in references to past fights we can gather the Hulk would win, not to do with intelligence, just that he's just a bigger ass kicker that juggers and even though it is said that juggers in invulnerable(which means can not be stopped) he really can be stopped. Hulk actualy does get bigger and stronger as he gets more angry. fact. jugga is the same as he is, fact. as jugga and hulk fight for some time, hulk will eventually beat his ass. expecialy once his armor is penetrated, which in fact is defintly penetrable as cyclops and wolverine amongst others have done). as the hulk can regenerate if and when he does get hurt. and about jugga being more intelligent, that much is true, but hulk is like a wild rabid animal destroying anyhting in its way. so if we had the world's best boxer with avergage intelligence fighting the worlds second best boxer with rabies, the rabid boxer would win hands down regardless of his intelligence at the moment. now class is over Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In other words its something that was published to make money from them for fun or cause they can. The only way to know a character is to read its story through time and the books that come out.
