HAZE
mine's FETA and Goat Cheese ....yummmm! You can tell you're Greek. I love provalone and mozzarella the best, but I pretty much love every cheese. I can only eat blue cheese if it's in the dressing, I can't eat it straight up. It tastes like some kind of chemical or something.
HAZE
waaaaaaaaay too many..Gouda, REAL Parmesian, Halloum, Smoked Swiss, Feta, bla bla blaSmoked Gouda is the shit!!!I like it sliced to put on a sandwich, but most of the time, it comes unsliced. bullseye
i dont eat much cheese cauz it doesnt always sit right. but american cheese is still the best to me, cheddar a close second. but nothing beats mozzarella on a nice slice of pizza
phatman
....so i double checked to verify that i was right...feta is usu from goat's milk.....i think people associate goat cheese with chevre...just a point of clarity...there exists more than one type of cheese made from goat's milk....i just happen to like them all...the greek cheeses that are my favorite: kaseri and manouri....feta is actually third on my list...and kefalotiri is perfect to grate over pasta....
