The Lunch Thread

Yeah. Barely any calories to speak of, or fat or sugar, simply eaten without bread or mayo or salt or anything, and it's pretty tasty. They're the small cans the size of tuna cans, which I'll also be consuming (the tuna, not the can). I've been eating them one can for breakfast and one for lunch, and then a regular dinner, and I've lost a few pounds in the last week and a half or so.
