jimmymaheras Posted April 25 Report Share Posted April 25 i wanna build my endurance too. it's really just building your lungs/heart. i'm sure my legs are capable... i find running so boring though which sucks. i haven't done a treadmill at all, but it would seem uncomfortable. i gotta start running outdoors. i really have no idea how to pace myself though. i need to get a stopwatch... when you guys do a treadmill what speed do you have it on? clubbingirl Posted April 25 Report Share Posted April 25 ^ i start at 6, build to 7.5 or 8, then back down to 6 again. i run for 30-45 min 5 days a week. but it all depends on what im doing. if i'm doing sprints or long runs, etc. oh ya, also always on a 1.0 incline.
