southbound24 Posted December 31 Report Share Posted December 31 I got online at 10:30, when i reached the front at 11:00 I was told tickets only, I was like what the fuck did I wait online for, did anyone else have this problem, they didnt inform the crowd of anything, finally i heard a bouncer say we are only taking people with tickets, that order comes from up top, except of course all those who were greasing the bouncers, what a fucked move, I understand its my fault for not getting tix, but why make me wait on line, and not notify any one. clubkidnewyork Posted January 2 Report Share Posted January 2 It was definitely a mess. We got there around midnight. The regular line was down the block and around the corner. The line for table service was 15 people wide and past the exit doors. It took over two hours to get inside even with "vip" service. Then, it took about another 20 minutes just to get us to our table. Our bottle didn't arrive until 3am...then at 4am, they pulled the bottle!!! There was nothing vip about the whole thing. It was a complete joke...so unprofessional. There was a group of about 30 people next to us in an area that had three tables. These tables were the same size as our table and we were a group of two. Even with half the amount that would have been full. This was packed. It's so typical that this would happen. Everyone in line was pissed. We all paid in advance. We all paid extra in order to avoid waiting and to have a place to sit, party and enjoy Tiesto's set. Honestly, I had a difficult time enjoying his set b/c I was so pissed when we finally got inside. It was bad enough waiting outside for two hours, but then to get inside and see the fiasco taking place... Great job Crobar!!! Really fucking nice. Get it together! They did have a ticket line one time for Armin van Buuren, but I am wondering if this is because it was a MADE party. This week it didnt matter if you had tickets since they let everyone wait together and only told people about no tickets at the door at the front of the line. max3 Posted January 4 Report Share Posted January 4 Not sure why there seems to be so much drama there lately...i went to check out the line there new yrs eve and it seemed to be the longest of all the clubs in the area(including HOME, BED, MYST, etc but then the sec I got there,I witnessed DRAMAof someone being shoved out the door by one bouncer who looked like he was gonna deck the dude who looked like"WTF is goin on?"...then 5 mins later....this techy lookin asian guy bein agressively hauled out the doorby a few of NYPD's finest..and thrown against the side of this dumpster across the street,frisked, shoved around like a rag dolland handcuffed...then I did something which I won't say here, but some indian dudes on the line were hinting to me non-verballyto make myself scarce out of the area fast!I nonchalantly took the hint!I am not sure if there was a fullmoon out that night or if this is a regular occurrencesince I haven't had the opportunity togo there much at all lately...I am just glad I looked at the weather report earlierand was like the only person thatbrought an umbrella cuz it started to pour for the rest of the nightand like everybody was havin trouble hailing cabs,then gettin soaked lol...
