bassboy Posted February 7 Report Share Posted February 7 Guys this weekend is unveiling of a completely renovated, expanded venue that is going to CONTINUE to be the best underground club in NYC.In the past, Sullivan Room was criticized for being on the fence between ‘A bar, a lounge, or a club’ and let me tell you, there will be no more confusion.Some additions:CORE Audio Sound SystemNew dance-floor (2x in size)Elevated/Mezz levelLounge in the boothNew LED lighting systemGothic brickwork Bar extensionNew ladies bathroomBut, it’s still that underground space that has been bringing in cutting edge talent for the last 4 years. But I came back to NY about a month ago and brought some friends there and it was god awful. I hope shit got turned around. Its a shame; I was amazed at how terrible it was in there.
