Being the picky little brat I am, it would be a:

Bombay Sapphire, dry (or as Winston Churchill said, "just wave the bottle of vermouth over the glass"), shaken, with olives...and it must be ice cold in a frozen glass.

One of my bosses got me hooked on them, nothing like a gin buzz smile.gif

I love apple martinis when they're made well, with a big chunk of apple in it!

Yes Cathyo, you read my mind. Sapphire with a touch a vermouth and three olives.

The best martini I ever had was at ths bar in Chicago; I asked for it very dry, and the bartendder held up the glass and whispered "vermouth" into it and that was all. Delicious :-)

Lychi Martini @ Decibels is the best, my absolute favorite drink. Had one once at a Korean restaurant w. soju ... horrible.

Apple Martini is good too.

Blood Orange martinis...with fresh squeezed blood oranges as served at Rue 57.

I go places, I interact...

(What places?)

Certain, clubs. Like, Paradise. It's not bad.

It's just that feeling when you can take your shirt off and really dance. When the music owns you. Do you understand?

If it needs an adjective, it is not truly a Martini. cwm10.gif

ichi's choice - Gin, ice cold. The vermouth being in the same room as the gin is plenty enough, and 3 olives in the glass. And please, for the sake of drinkers everywhere, when you buy your olives, empty the brine and replace it with good gin. Keep draining and refreshing this periodically...

moi.
