I don't know about most people on this forum that do listen to hip hop but i am dead tired of all this dirty south crap hip hop that we listen to and what young kids nowadays are growing up with. I know we've discussed this on here before and most of us agree with it. A coworker of mine is a member of this band. They have some great songs out and a new album that just came out a few days ago. Mixture of rock/hip hop, no dirty south with weird noises in the background. I've been waiting to see the day that we can turn on the radio and actually hear something decent like the old days. deff gonna do that sometime buy a few 2 liters and 12 pack of mentos! its not that hard to do what you see in the videos... from viewing a bunch of different videos...there are different techniques, some people actually chew the mentos till it creates what it looks like chewed up gum, others place an unchewed mentos in the bottle. from what i gathered: option 1 chew 1 mentons till it looks like gum place it under/inside the diet coke bottle cap firmly so it doesnt fall. place 2 unchewed mentos on it so it holds them together. tighten up the cap back onto the bottle firmly. shake the bottle up wait a few seconds till you see the "bottle going nuts" now - you can either throw the bottle on the ground and create a bottle rocket, where you slam the bottle to the ground and it will go flying somewhere, you can also throw the bottle in the air so it will give you time to get away from it. option 2 unchewed mentos take some tape, any tape, put 4-6 unchewed mentos on the tape firmly. you can also use a paperclip, just unfold the metal so it looks like a straight wire, put the mentos thru the metal and thru the cap, so when u put the mentos in the bottle, you are actually holding the other end that is going thru the cap, once u cap it, u will let go of the paperclip thus letting go of the mentos into the bottom of the bottle. place one side of the tape under the bottle cap firmly. put the mentos inside of the bottle taped to the cap. screw the cap on shake it up and open cap to create coke fountain be sure to do when the bottle is on the ground facing up they've also done this w/ dry ice and water in a 2 litter bottle...search for dry ice on youtube.com and you see all the crazy videos.

maybe they didnt want to compete with space saturdays? that would to me be one of their reasons but i also agree on promotions as well...take any major international billion dollar company for instance...budweiser, coca cola, pepsi, microsoft, u name it...they dont need any new marketing strategy but than again each and every year they are spending millions if not billions on marketing/advertising around the world, their products would still sell without any of that but they still choose to no matter what. twilo doesnt need to spend millions, but like what pacha nyc did b4 its opening, mass marketing everywhere is what gets the word about a new place...many people in broward and west palm still have no idea the club is next to space...flyers should reach las olas/downtown ft laud, not just downtown/sobe.

alot of these so called "luxury" condominiums aren't really all that luxury meaning you're really not getting what you pay for, for instance I have clients that own half mil to 5 mil dollar homes and after inspecting their home you can really tell how these builders/developers are making their $...what they do is find the cheapest method of building/construction just to pass inspections...if a homeowner wants certain items such what you mentioned above than they would have to pay extra to have it installed during the construction...alot of times thats never done or the homeowner is buying the home/condo from a previous landlord.

i understand what you are saying and you have all the right to voice your opinions Im not also not gay nor are my friends that i go out with on the weekends, that weekend we had a group of about 5 straight dudes, yes there were shirtless guys there...have u been to space's patio?? did you know that space also has gay nights? most of space goers like myself and most of the people i know know that 25% of the people in the club are gay and they also know about the gay nights. I guarantee it wouldn't make a difference to them if space 5 years ago started off as a gay night event and than eventually made itself into an "everyone's welcome". the people would still go there regardless of gay or not. again, i know you mentioned you have nothing against gay people that's not what im getting at, but saying that twilo messed it up to begin w/ gay nights is kinda silly since they have been successfull in keeping the place packed every saturday. most people i've spoken to both females and males that do not go on any type of edm boards such as cj, still never heard of twilo...since most group of friends that travel at least 20-60mins to get to miami one weekend out of the month are going directly to space reason being as stated b4 - they r going to get fucked up...eventually they will go to twilo, but they are not the type that cares about which sound system the club has or doesnt has, they rather see the top 5 international dj's, get fucked up, n be over with.
