tiki room only holds 150 people but the space is well decorated. gotta love their flat screen tvs over the bar.

vinyl is alright at best. the place is a rat hole. no alcohol and as of late, the crowd has been full of guido. the regulars don't come as much anymore. i passed by there friday night and only stayed for about an hour. sorry, i don't mind a little sweat but when you're not even dancing and sweet beads are running down the side of your face, something is wrong. the owners of vinyl make their money and NEVER put anything back into the club. the same fan in the corner has been broken for the 2 years that i've been up here. that's sad man...

i don't see anything wrong with making remixes for nsync. they have to put food on the table, dont they? it's not like they sold out and went the cheese route. they still hold their own and i have nothing but respect for those cats.

lol! tong can't mix for shit. you'll see what i am talking about. the last time I heard him was at twilo a few months back and i've never heard such lousy mixing on that sound system. i'd be in a middle of a conversation with someone and we'd look at each other and say "did u just hear that??" it was bad man... respect for what he has done with dance music but after all these years of dj'ing, i would hope he would know how to atleast BEATMATCH. you've been warned.

jon sa trincha is a master of the balaeric tunes. i prefer his stuff over jose padilla (formally with cafe del mar) pancho, if u like chill out, i highly recommed cam del mar the domestic release has a different title. i think it's called 'ibiza sunset' mixed by rob da bank probably one of my favorite all time chill out. the new back to mine by everything but the girl is also a worthy mention.
