  2. wassup bro!! ive got connections down here in DC...
  3. oh why not...after one of his "legendary, mindblowing" sets, we all HAVE to wait till the club closes for him to receive his appreciation from his "fans"... we just gotta make sure we bring the noose along with us...
  4. better question is: they have sports related activities NOT name basketball??

  8. i couldnt go to bed last night...my brain is still racing....so call me inspired!!
  9. gotta disagree with you...a good craftsman never blames his tools...that said: you can't blame johnny being bad over the lack of good new music available... there is ALWAYS good new music available.....there is soooo much music released every single week from the hard trance genre...now extend that thought throughout the past month....youre telling me you cant find at least ONE good hit in those stacks of vinyl??
  10. YES!! THE WEDGE HAS SPOKEN!! :D Folks, if you don't know, when The Wedge posts outside of his own board, it means something. (I'm not being sarcastic.) But Wedge, I respectfully have to disagree with you. It's almost like comparing apples and oranges. The Monkees playing cheese and Johnny Vicious playing cheese are two totally seperate things. What you have to first agree upon is that Johnny Vicious has mastered spinning the musical genre of hard trance. The situation we are looking at now are his recent performances at Roxy, which, overall, have been sub-par. Now I can't disagree with him playing cheese, because he has been spinning cheese of late, but when he is in the zone, fully loaded with a deadly arsenal of sick music, the man simply cannot be touched. So I can't totally agree with that statment. BTW, Wedge, have fun this Friday at Roxy. I'll be in DC this weekend, so I guess the streak is over!
  11. wrong answer... First off, don't ever question whether I should exercise my freedom of speech again. That is an order. Now, to further shit on you: The purpose of this thread was expose the obvious: that Johnny has simply not been Johnny of late. He's been down right bad. Now, we all know Anthony Nero is talented, and for the short set he spun @ Roxy opening for Johnny, the party actually had a positive vibe, with seemingly everyone loving the music at the moment. Now, imagine extending that for 4 or 5 more hours on a weekly basis. Optimistically, Nero would actually give the party the musical license it so unexpectically lost with Johnny's mediocrity. Furthermore, it would give Nero the full respect he deserves. Oh, and one more thing: I don't know Johnny or Anthony Nero personally. Sorry, but I have my own life to worry about and it would be downright idiotic for me to play off on a messageboard that I'm either of their friends. I'm merely a fan of good music stating my honest opinions. Johnny is a very talented and accomplished DJ and producer who has the respect of the top DJs in the world. He was probably the one who even asked Nero to open for him. Now, tell me: WHAT ANIMOSITY WOULD JOHNNY HAVE TOWARDS NERO? Your comments made no sense. I have every right in the world to make this thread.
  12. "Because your gun says "replica" on it (R E P L I C A), and mine says "Desert Eagle point five-oh" (D E S E R T E A G L E . 5 0). fucking classic... and oh yeah... "Do you have anything to declare?" "Yeah, don't go to England!"
  13. you know what...i WAS gonna say something fucked up...but im in too good of a mood...
  14. and what i found hilarious was how they referred to normal humans as "mundanes"... fucking weirdos... oh btw QUOTH...way to go playa...
  15. http://bbs.clubplanet.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=78263 ...but i do agree with you on the Deep Dish GU CD...
  16. A song isn't played out until it officially gets released... for example: SAFE FROM HARM had its time...retire it when it's finally available in stores...
  17. bottom line is that party has way too many hot girls for it to go to waste... match the quality of music with the quality of eye-candy and SEXY FRIDAYS will live up to it's name.
  18. oh macaluso is spinning...good...he is as sick as they come... well thats just jim dandy fellas...ive got one word for that party: CONSISTENCY!
  19. intelligent feedback...you must be a true leader...
  20. and oh yeah...i konw nero is like touring the world... ...but that when returns to the states, roxy could bring him in and we could all see how better he has become...
  21. Totally ripped it up at Roxy the night he spun. He is absolutely perfect for that party, the crowd, the vibe, and the club. He also works cheaper, which will save the promoters a lot of money from the total shit DJ performances that Vicious has been dropping lately. BRING IN NERO AND WATCH THAT PARTY BLOW UP!! ...that is all...
  22. never did a drug in my life...use to be an SF trooper till it all became trivial to me...
  23. SNF definitely blew all those away...but it still wouldn't hold a candle to docs HANG THE DJ and MAESTRO... 54 was aweful...it merely played on the mythology behind the club and didnt examine nick siano's sets or the creative team...
  24. aly..EVERYONE pencils in a minute for ME...do you know you're talkin to ??? MUTHA.... FUCKIN... HIGHMAY ...respect.
