If you actually "clicked" the link and read the letter attached to the US Government, you would see it is meant to be regarded as a day of rememberance of the beloved people and lost heroes. As well as a day of unification of Americans. If you don't agree, then that's fine. I'm not looking at it as a way to have a "day off" or for my children to get to stay home from school. But I lost people that day. Friends from afar and those who were close and dear to my heart. I would like a day in their honor. It's the same as those lights that were up and the same as the future memorial that will be placed in the WTC are for them. It's about remembering....not forgetting. You either agree or you don't but no need to be snippy about the subject without presenting an intellectual debate. I just thought it would be nice to share with all of you. I'm seeing I was wrong. ~kAt~

There's admission fees? Hmm, I never paid 'em so I guss Im seeing it from a whole different view. As for drinks being pricey, they usually run an open bar for an hour or two. The drinks are slightly expensive but so is all of NYC. Can't afford it, stay in Jersey. Thats how I look at it. And I never really had a horrible time there. That place holds some of my most loved memories!

Yea, its on Phazon 's Website that it's coming soon. In addition to that, the place is going to be doing some renovations (which we can already see) and I was told over the weekend there may be a name change! How sweet it is....

I use to go there every weekend last summer because VIP threw the parties. We had a ball - and got wayyy too comfortable with the place actually. Its a nice lounge with great little private cubby holes, nice dancing space and pretty good drinks. I say check it out at least once if you can because it does guarantee a good time. The only sucky thing is the 3AM closing - or maybe it was 4AM.

Thats comparing the King to the Pauper. Gimme a break Mikey. Draper fills Exit with a bunch of unknowing partiers. They dont know what *quality music* is. Everywhere Tenaglia goes to around the world is packed in to the fullest. The man knows how to throw parties. Does Draper hold an infamous 14 + hour set every year at Space??? No, not that I know if he most certainly doesnt. We waited in line a good 45 minutes to enter Space at WMC and that was at 5 in the MORNING! Give me a break! I cant believe you'd have the nerve to try and compare the two.

Okay, great, it opens back up on June 7th which Phazon and renovations but will the DJs performing be of quality? It ain't worth it till they are....And Vinyl's gettin Phazon too! Now there's something to cheer about knowing their DJ history! ~kAt~

For 1, it wasn't drama. This is a message board which centers around basic discussions through the sharing of thoughts and opinions. Maybe you don't agree with what I see to be distasteful by the action which took place here, but then again, I dont happen to agree with your opinion either. Does that make either thought to be wrong by one individual to to the other? No. Of course not. But without differences in opinions and beliefs, the world would be a boring place in which to reside. Not everyone is going to agree and through posting the picture on the board, I'm sure the woman knew there would be possible repercussions in doing so. And from seeing what she wrote in response, she was prepared for that and doesn't seem to be affected by what I, and a few others think. From that, I commend her because I for one, do not care what other people happen to think of me. She knows who she is, she knows her reasoning behind doing what she did, and so it seems, she is pleased by the feedback no matter which path it lead to. Secondly, you are right. There was no indecency in the picture of both Mother and child. But I see it to be disguting to include a picture of the innocent, unknowng, little girl in the same discussion that is asking for matters of opinions in regards to her (the Mother's) own body. I'm sorry if you do not see my point of view but I'm basing this on the way in which I was brought up in my home. Through my families teachings and beliefs as well as my Church's, you do not put these types of things together. God forbid the child saw her Mother taking those pictures or saw those pictures on the internet somewhere in her own aimless searching. What would she think? She would think, "well, Mommy did it so that means I can to". I'm not saying that would neccessarily occur but it could. And that's also the point. Children are too young and precious to be seeing these types of things and I felt it could have been left alone. I wouldn't have made an issue of this had her child's face not been displayed in here under the provacative photos. Like I said before, it's a matter or difference of opinion. I can see to it to respect your thought, and I would appreciate it if the feeling were reciprocated. It's not drama. It's discussion. And in this world, not everyone will agree with one person's particular actions and that's expected. That's what makes the world go round. If you don't like what I have to say, then feel free to skip over my postings and go on with your day. No hard feelings. ~kAt~

I don't recall saying you were included amongst the comments I felt to be unneccesary. But as I said before, this is not worthy of conversation within this post. There's something more important at hand and apparently, you are not focusing on the main subject which I am trying to do. Any further comments about that, feel free to PM me. I have no problem being present on internet boards. I can take what I dish in the same respect. But the initial comment made by twilobandit which resulted in mine was uncalled for. Thats all I have to say about that. I feel no further of a need to back up my actions.

Well I can see what you mean about them having to take all the props down but that doesnt mean S&D couldnt have headed over to Filter to spin for a few extra hours. Their crew didnt need to be there...just them and their records. No biggie though. Im happy with what I got and can go a few months again before I see them again somewhere. I saw them at Cirprianis in November, Sasha at Giant over NYE and now got a taste of themback here in NYC. What else could a gal ask for?!? ~kAt~

Sasha and Digweed never disappoint me. NEVER! The music was simply amazing last night. I wish they would have gone on longer but that whole "had to be in DC by noon" jibber jabber is bull. We had gotten word they were going to spin over at Filter 14. All of us messed jumped right in the cab and headed over. It didnt happen because they couldnt get in touch with the guy who had the keys. Oh well, shit happens. Anyhow, I have no complaints about the crowd what so ever. I met some awesome people last night from all around. Im just disappointed I cant be at Buzz tonight.
