  1. I went through www.farechase.com I purchased my tickets back in January but paid only $180.50. My flight is through Continental, 18-24th. That website offered lower rates than Expedia & Orbitz. I had researched the same exact flight on them and they wanted anywhere from $50 to a $100 more for the SAME EXACT FLIGHT!
  2. Dude, if I were able to arrange one, trust me, I sure as hell would. And if Space is $50 each night, I'll just be at Sasha and Digweed. That's all I cared about anyway! Sashaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
  3. Before even considering that pass, I would like to know the entrance fee for each night, myself. As of right now, I only have the intention of hitting Sasha & Digweed. Tenaglia, PvD, and Deep Dish, they're all up in the air. Especially since I don't even have a more complete list of the parties. Hell, I'd rather hit a sick ass bonfire on the beach...but I think that may be illegal.
  4. Do we know if he'll be playing in Miami anywhere?
  5. lol Sorry. Yep, you can crown me Queen Putz of the day if you wish.
  6. Exactly! I know how devistated I was, as well as many others were, when Tunnel and Twilo were shut down for good. Why the hell would anyone want other clubbers to feel the way we all did when we lost those two amazing venues?!
  7. I have a Lexmark Injjet printer and the cartridges are about $50 a piece. I found an Ink Refill System that is compatible with my cartridges for about $20 but not sure if it's really worth the purchase. I don't do much with my printer so the quality doesn't need to be fabulous....but that's also the reason I'm thinking buying factory filled cartridges may be a waste. Anyone have any experience with these systems?
  8. For the sake of the scene? How do you see this as a positive thing for the entire scene? You need to look at the BIG PICTURE here and not just at the two clubs, the clientele, and the music they bring. Hell, Exit and Factory were two of the clubs that were able to bring in some of those "big names" that you have in your siggy. If I'm not mistaken, they show cased Armin and PvD. I'm many others but my head just isn't here. You think it stops the guido-drug scene but look how it actually does affect other types of music lovers.
  9. Cody, you shouldn't think it's a tired subject. You won't be too happy if these clubs do remain closed and then suddenly, our joints are locked too. This only means a lot of bad for the scene in NY. Possibly even other areas. It seems the quality clubs are being shut down and nothing of substance or worth is opening up. But then again, you'll finally be able to stay home and save some money so I guess it's not much of a concern to you.
  10. Uhh, I don't. I'm not a frequenter of either club but I certainly do not want their clientelle trying to take over the clubs which I do go to...i.e Centro-Fly & Vinyl. But let's be realistic about all of this, should these clubs happen to remain under lock and bolt, don't you think the police will then begin to target other clubs? This isn't a good thing for the scene on a whole. A place that use to have one of the most amazing club scenes in the country has shit anymore.
  11. Dayum...Some of you peps are a tad harsh.
  12. Honey, ya got some drool there, on your chin. Here's a hanky.
  13. Gaafar was great in my opinion. The arcade DJs weren't bad either....they dropped a few kickin' tracks. Too bad I got bored by 4:30 and deceided to hit the road. Talla wasn't impressive. I jus kinda stood there getting harrassed by guidos lookin' for some ass.
  14. Oh hell yeah he needs to have some kind of regular party here. I miss that guy.... He'll be back soon enough. And I'll be awaiting patiently.
  15. Don't know but he'll be @ Space Miami on March 20th! can't wait!!!!
  16. Damn! Isn't that two years in a row now?! That really blows. I don't think I've seen Cox since friggin Twilo! I saw him at DT last year but come on now, I wanna hear the man again.
  17. Tuesday: GLOBAL ALLIANCE WORLD TOUR @ Level and maybe Tenaglia. Wednesday: maybe SUBLIMINAL SESSIONS @ Crobar maybe LONG NIGHT OUT @ Zno Thursday: TRONIC TREATMENT @ ZNO/Code maybe MIXOLOGY'S 3RD ANNUAL EVENT @ Club Level (Misstress B, Dave Ralph maybe DANCE VALLEY MIAMI 2003 @ Opium Garden but doubtful b/c of PROTON SESSIONS MIAMI @ Union Lounge and without a DOUBT I'll be at Space for Sasha & Digweed plus Randall Jones! (damn Thursday is all the good shit!) Friday: BBC RADIO 1 PRESENTS ONE LIVE MIAMI @ Opium Gardens Saturday: YOSHITOSHI PARTY @ Space Sunday: Victor Calderone @ Crobar! Of course though, all this can change. We still have 4 more weeks of party announcements! Plus, being my days will be spent in Wet Willies, it's possible I'll just forget half of what I want to do and just chill out there!
  18. Hell yea! I'm going for a few hours.....all for Miss Chloe! Then, I'm off to Space for Sasha.....
  19. U want the info on the Leo and you then? I won't get into the whole ruling planets and such but I'll get the info for you on just the signs and compatibility.
  20. My boyfriend is a Taurus and I'm a Capricorn and according to the planets and such, we are the best match for each other. We get along AMAZING too! He's pretty stubborn himself but knows how to simmer down when it comes to me. Get a Capricorn to date....you can NOT go wrong. And if you are interested, later on tonight I'll post some information on Taurus/Capricorn love interests. I have so many books it's sickening.
  21. Horoscopes are simply for entertainment purposes. But knowing all about your sign and finding out what planet you are a child of is not. Every person is born under a specific ruling planet and knowing which you are of can really help you navigate through life and relationships. Zodiacs signs are static but planets are in constant motion. Having a better idea of who you are by learning of the planets plays a major role in nearly every decision you make. I just got "Ruling Planets" by Christopher Renstrom for my birthday and it is without a doubt the best present I have ever received. I have learned so much about myself, my boyfriend, and those around me simply by looking up their planets. It really helps you understand people better so you shouldn't look at it as fake.
  22. I hate sharing my secret but it's all about the Emerald Pub on Spring which is conveniantly located next to Noca. The bartenders in there make some mean effin drinks to keep you coming back for more. On top of killer Long Island Ice Teas, it's rather inexpensive to get shit faced in pre-Vinyl. It's my favorite pre-game bar.
  23. Good G-D man! Kick ass job on the story.....This may sound sappy but my eyes literally began to swell with tears. I first hit tunnel in 95 and went there religiously every weekend until all the shit went down with the cops. I gotta say though, as far as the "fag" narrowmindedness, I think a lot of people were that way in the beginning. I know I was but it was simply because I was an "unknowing" Catholic school girl and the guys who were in my group made it seem like it was a bad thing to be gay. But once I finally worked my way down to the fuzzy room and hung out with that amazing group, I realized how completely wrong they all were. I respect your honesty with your story and think it's a good thing you expressed exactly what you were feeling then. I'm sure many of us can all relate to that and see the error in our ways. Regardless, Tunnel was something that will never again be. Just as Twilo was. But seriouslly now, the scenes indoors, in my opinon were COMPLETELY different. You can't compare the two clubs. Tunnel was one of the first places I went and was the first club I rolled in. Everything you recited was exactly how I felt. I still remember when my UFO hit that night and I was walking through the crowd in my all velvet outfit with shoelace boa and people rubbing my arms as they passed by. I was confused yet elated. Mostly because my then boyfriend had no problem with the touchy feely attitude of our fellow clubbers. The vibe in that place cracked me sooo hard that I had to keep on returning. That place had some great memories and your story brought all of them back and then some! Kudos to you! Thanks for the memories...
  24. ha ha That's the pictures you took then! woo hoo! I'm bringing the camera down this evening so hopefully, by nights end, I'll have'em up.
