Okay... here I am, stuck in Northampton MA (about an hour west of Boston and 3-4 hours east of NYC), with TONS of snow outside and NO transportation. If any of you are avid skiers or boarders and might be heading out to Vermont or any ski area this weekend... could you please please PLEASE take me along with you? I'm willing to chip in for gas, food, etc. etc. And not only this weekend... I'm up for skiing pretty much anytime, so if any of you or your friends are planning a trip sometime in the future, please feel free to PM me and let me know. Don't worry, I'm perfectly normal... it's just that very few of my friends here at school are interested in skiing, and the ones that are don't have cars. What an IDIOT... my God, this asshole makes me so mad. Did anyone else notice his "education priorities?" What does this mean? Basically, public schools are going to have no choice but to "teach to the test" or be denied funding (!!!) I'm in MA, and I plan on skiing every single day next week before the work starts piling up again. I'm still pretty new to the area, so does anyone have any good ski area recommendations? The closer to MA the better, but I'd be willing to drive up to 4 or 5 hours for unbeatable slopes... any and all info would be greatly appreciated, thanks! ------------------ The purpose of life?
