Why does everyone try to make a deal about evolution, no one goes there, it's small and dumpy... There are much more remarkable clubs in Philly, and they are the ones everyone goes to...

I have that on a tape in my car! I'll have to go look and see. it has nice beats in it, but it starts off with that beeping/pulsing and builds up.

Philly has a nice club scene. It has it's own style but a good bit of NY flavor. I go to Shampoo mostly. They have great DJ's and then some crazy stuff like Drag performances, fashion shows, and good guest dj's Peter Roehoffer was there last night. Plasmic Honey comes often, and of course our prize Robbie Tronco.

My hangout is Shampoo, it has several different levels and dance floors, excellent house, then some of the other rooms have different styles of house and sometimes a little discobeat etc. Evolotion is cool, they are open pretty late. I would say those are the best two in philly. Man, I hate that, I only barfed once, but ever since then I am afraid I am going to it's only been recently that I am doing it again and getting past that stage. I find if I get candy and suck on it, or I dance until it hits, I'll be ok, anything to distract myself from the roll coming on. But that time I barfed was so wierd I hadn't really eaten much that day, just had a couple beers (which is probably a reason, sometimes beer helps me out though) and all the sudden bam, I was standing on the edge of the dancefloor and just barfed... It was SOOOO wierd because there was this girl standing next to me and people dancing right in front of me and no one even noticed that I did it... until one of those guys that walks around with those little broom and pans said hey man there is a can... haha... but it freaked me out even more that they didn't notice haha...

Holy cow Surreal, no shit! I did it a couple times, I don't really like it. I did it once at twilo when I was rolling and it was cool. But I don't know I think it's a little to unstable for me. I have a bad memory too, there was this party I was at, and my best friend is a bartender. So he walked up to the counter where all the liquor was, and started to make a drink, and the guy was like no no, let me make it. My best friend was like, no prob I got it I bartend. Then the guy started getting all wierd and we all looked down at our drinks and it suddenly hit us. A bit later the wierdo guy went up to two of my other friends a guy and girl and said, I have a special surprise for you two later"... after that we all jetted. We found out they were putting G in our drinks all night.

Nicely said Kitty! Wow, I think my best few times have been over my friends house, we sit in a dim room with the tv on, and do it, so many things happen, so many different voyages, the tv, the feel of the carpent on my hands... it always seems so skeletal for me, everytime I do it I have some strange awareness of my skeleton hahah... I don't know why. I had a hard core hole in the club a couple times too, wow. It's the best everything slows down. One time me and 3 friends were dancing, or I should say supporting each other on the dance floor hahah, but it was a scary trip... I think out of all the stuff I've done, K is the best.

Thank God you guys are talking about this, I have been thinking about that all weekend! I was out new yrs night, and this friend of a friend kept trying to feed me a bagle haha... He came up and said want a bite? I shook my head, He said are you sure, I said NO thanks, then he came back a minute later and started moving the bagle around like an airplane and said here have a bite. I through my hand up, and pointed my finger at him and waved it back and forth and was like NOOOOO! haha... It pissed me off so bad... then I had to run around the club looking for two friends who did it for the first time, huh. THAT is annoying, not knowing if they are passed out somewhere or barfing... but I tried to have fun anyway.

Robbie Tronco INRI just came out on Vinyl, he makes some sick tracks! good secret weapons. There is this one called my Pussy is burning! It's a prank call mixed up he started everyone one the dancefloor dies when they here it after they pick their jaws off the floor. What kind of music do you like? Hard Progressive. trance etc.

Oopma, Oopa Oompaty doo, how many bumps of k can you do? Tronco kicks ass.

Hello from Philly, someone called, did someone say Shampoo? haha, I'm friends with Tronco, he's been resident there since then, I can e-mail and ask him.

Definitely FLOW is a sweet track. If you like that I think Lagoona two that are just as sweet, The Journey, and The Promissed Land. Dive in the Pool gets a vote too. Sandstorm by derude is cool.

I will check these out to, kewl. I like mp3.com has a nice trance area... I listen to it at work all the time.

Robbie Tronco has some kewl stuff out... He's a Philly resident. I like Sandstorm by Derude, hmm,. I'll have to think of some more.

I heard the warehouse on Deleware ave, has a cool night for that kind of music, it might be Sunday nights... I think their website is warehouseandthecave.com... something to check out maybe. I'll keep my ears open. I mostly go to the big clubs they play mostly house/trance. Shampoo, Evolution etc.

Eddie came to visit us Philly Kids last Thurs, he did a pretty darn good job, big turnout also (Shampoo Nightclub). He is a cool guy, I thought his cd was good. And what's wrong with K? geesh

age? Sounds like you would like Sunday Nights at the Warehouse. That is the only techno/rave that I know is still around.

You should check out Shampoo, it's one of the largest in Philly. They have a nice mix of people to. They have a lot of upscale nights with fashion shows, all kinds of good stuff. It is amazing, my favorite. b/w 7th & 8th on Willow. ShampooOnline.com

I think we're all in agreement, black Kenneth Cole's or some other nice classic but casual black shoe.
