Does anyone remember when Twilo had the fire men come in, n they had to evacuate the whole place... Well i was so F*'d up that night. I remember being in/out of consciousness...meaning, that I'll realize that I'm on top of the speakers dancing and not know how I got there, b/c my last most recent memory was that I was sitting down talking with someone about getting me sugar or candie. And i remember feeling that my body was 'dissolving' into the observable environment..and once my ability to observe via sight diminished...it seemed that my consciousness to be aware of my body was really beginning to diminish, and my awareness of what's around me was nill. From Sight, smell, touch/feel, taste, hear, and ability to logically think the last to give was my ability to hear. So my awareness of 'myself' my body was becoming as one with the music i was hearing.. though it seemed so distant and stretched/distorted...I could not differentiate myself from the music. But somehow... Some-how i don't remember exactly but i found myself outside the club, sitting down on the curb w/ Handcuffs on!!!??? I did not know if I was in reality or if I was just in some kind of zone or K hole. I thought, this couldn't be, I would have known if the club closed, my friends would have shoved sugar down my throat!? So for sure i thought... it wasn't real, and i thought since it isn't real but yet felt sooo real, perhaps i was in the after life!!!...A momentary panic, dread and fear over came me - but that was soon overcome by peace and tranquility... I felt at peace w/ Death. The officer insisted with me .. asking me my name and my place of residence...I thought to myself... why is he asking me my name why not just look on the death tag between my teeth.. I thought i thought this but perhaps may have actually said it out loud b/c he became irritated with me and began to yell at me.. i then realized, that my pockets felt empty, and knnew that i had some things that I should not have...and the other officer was reaing out my name from my license as he parsed through my wallet.... But i continued to believe that i was in the after life, and that somehow these officers didnt' realize they are talking to just a ghost... they began to lift me up drag me towards the car.. as they shoved my head down (to avoid my head hitting the car) to get into the back seat..i yelled wait wait,... he then chucked me back out and said "WAIT For WHAT"... I said, "please have the courtesy to atleast give me proper burial.. there are still people in there jamming to the music, they are probably stepping all over my dead body".. Then the police officers just looked at each other in disbelief and said, "man I ain't messing' w/ this fool" and uncuffed me .. handed back my things minus the tablets/jars and left me out on the curb... After what must have been hours... i realized that it wasn't a dream, and that I must have talk'd my way out of being locked up!!!! ******************************

Yes please do. People from other countries are soo poor that their parents can't affor to by toilet paper so they use new paper instead. Atleast they use something.. We used to be sooo poor that we would only have one fish, and a big bowl of rice, so we wiff at the fish and eat rice... making as if we were eating the fish and the rice at the same time. LOL..

LOL...sorry man... .. damn i couldn't sleep last night.. I think the duck sauce got into my eye, it's all red like i smoke a blunt... damn..

My favorite place to eat good pizza in N.J is in Colonia. the "Colonia Pizzaria" on INman Ave... It's really good there....Come down some time tell 'em you hear 'bout this good pizza from Club Planet... and you'll be served by the most handsome, Pizza Italalian man.. They call him "R****" he's believed to be the son of "The Goddess of Beauty-Aphrodite" For real though, I've been eating pizza there since kickin' live in 85 when breaking dancing was in... where we'd haul in card boards from newly bought Refrigerator's place it on the concrete in the back parking lot and break Dance with the Owner's son(s). Breaking to the beats of Afrikan Bombaata and the Soul Sonic Force... After all that dancing we'd treat ourselves to some Real good Pizza..Yeah Yeah Yeah... The "C-Town" Breakers they used to call.... they were the stuff of Legends!!

their was only one Turn Table left on this planet, and DT, Carl Cox, Toooch, JP, and Manny the Greek had to fight for it... I wonder who would win? Who would be the last one standing .....I heard JP was a brown belt in the art of WhitneyRemixJuzitsu, but Carl Cox is just well.. he's got long reach,.... And Danny Teneglia, he's pretty quick and he'll blind you with his flash lights.., Toooch is hmm... he looks pretty tough, got that Italian toughness to him,.... Manny the Greek, man... who wants to mess with him.. I wouldn't... wow that could be a TV reality show on itself...

Well would it defeat the purpose if we Filled up our tanks the day before, I mean naturally we would do that, or push our cars on Wednesday, soo would the unusual high rate of sales the day before, make up the difference in the following day's anemic rev..? I feel quite corny introducing myself as "Gambit" but hey, it's what i used., i really didn't think i'd be posting to this thread much when i created my handle name... Well to make the long story even longer, i mean shorter like my little eggroll, I'm just a regular guy who has a love for music, great atmosphere, and blessed to have been around when Twilo was kickin' it, and of course, back even further, when .. OH damnit i can't remember..what was Exit before Exit.. Grrr.. and of course Lime Light when it was at it's prime.. in the late 90's.. oh gosh, i'm givin' away my age..LOL.. but yeah tomake the long story short, i'm justa clown that wants to give shout out to CP.com b/c it's a great 'hub' if you will that allows the likes of us that have great appreciation and need to be w/ cool people and be around the latest, and greatest DJ's and venues.... I"m just a personality, or rather clown that likes to clown around and make sure people are having a good time all the time.. and i like to spot out shy girls and introduce them to cool guys i just met, or my friends... I'm kinda like the ice breaker, lots of my friends or sometimes just a group of people that I would have just met, might be shy and checkin' out girls, i'd be like... intro ducing them to them... "gambit" to make the first move or take first action..i guess it fits for my personality, b/c it's always me that introduces himself first,... Hmm.. yup.. that 'bout wraps it all up...

But i would have to say that was one of my most memorable "Night Life" outings... And since i missed the "Party of the year" thus far (Closing party of Arc).. I really should make it out to this one... Hmmm.... interesting.. though on that weekend i have a flight leaving to Delhi India to play chess against Vishwanathan Anand.... it's to help raise funds for some kind fund raising stuff for ill/cripled poor kids... But eh who cares 'bout sick people when their will be "SicK" people dancing on the dance floor to the beat of Carl Cos and DT.. Oh shi* who am i kiddin' Def their.. and oh yeah my g/f is only 17 can she get in?

I am not agreeing or disagreeing..i'm just sayin' "hmm interesting" i know that i have been to Twilo almost every Friday froom Oct 200 through about maybe 6 mo's before they closed.. and i hardly saw any fights... I go to a club in Jerzey and i'd say 80% of the time there is a fight. So stats will prove that NYC clubs are cooler in a sense that their is less fights..

I think, Brad Pitt/Achilles would kick his Ass, but against Ken Watanabe .... Katsumoto that would be a very good fight... Hmm... in terms of the movie,, they made brad pitt look like a real kick ass warrior able to run really fast and jump ridiculously hight and great ability to use his sword/spear and shield .. But Katsumoto .. was just a mean Samurai with extraordinary skill with the sward... Wow.. tough one.. but i would have to Sa Achilles, only b/c the director made him seem more invincible.... But gains Gladiator.. Whoa.. i would pay top dollars to have the best movie director make, all 3 of them fight in some virtual time machine type of thing.. that would be like the coolest movie.
