    DO's & DON'Ts...

that "orgasms" part is a load of horseshit. if he's having trouble getting me there one way or another, i'm willing to work until our sex life improves. if he doesn't give a fuck, he's out the door.

she wouldn't happen to be about 4' 11" with a bubbly disposition and some celestial tattoos, would she ?
  4. how much was it? i heard it cost some ridiculous amount. and how long did you stay? did you camp out? tell us all about it !my roommate nearly gave me a heart attack this weekend ! we had plans on saturday night, but when i got home from work he wasn't there. he hadn't left a note (he always leaves notes), so i called him on his cell. i got his voicemail. i waited around the house for a few hours and even got a call from another friend who wanted to hang out; i told that friend that i already had plans to go to the fair in orange with my roomie. when i went to bed at 2am, i still hadn't heard from him. he's such a responsible guy, generally, and he still hadn't called me back by 2pm on sunday afternoon, when i called him again. he had drunk a 1.75 liter bottle of vodka in ONE DAY on saturday and had a car for the week and i knew he was distraught about missing the car's owner for the week... by then i was worried that maybe he had been in an accident. the car's owner is in new orleans and my roomie obsessively talks to him all the time (even when he's on vacation) so i got a hold of him, and he told me that my roomie was at the fair right then with someone else. i was relieved, of course, but when my roomie came home, he didn't understand why i had been worried and why i was annoyed. it's not like he has to answer to me all the time as his roommate, but we had made plans. he should've called me to say he wanted to reschedule, or something. and it was scary because it wasn't normal behavior for him. he didn't apologize for any of it. yeah, yeah, apologies don't fix things, but at least they show an effort. i had been worried sick . anyway, i went to a barbeque the next day with some other friends; that was fun. everything else is back to normal.
  5. no wisdom today, but a little surprising fact : fritos only have three ingredients: corn, corn oil, and salt. i just get such a kick out of that, what with everything else on the market containing so many weird chemicals that we don't quite understand. that is all . tune in tomorrow.

on graduation night of my freshman year at college, a really hot senior who i'd never met - and didn't even know the name of - but had seen around took me aside and told me he'd had a crush on me all year, but that he had a serious girlfriend --- that that had been the only thing holding him back. he whispered, "i could kiss you for an hour..." that was a big deal for me, 'cause he was finally someone not disgusting and nasty hitting on me (i was the youngest person in my college). he just left me hanging, which would leave most people seriously annoyed, but i love to just imagine the whole "what if?" of it all .
  7. even if you don't answer to other people, it's a good idea to always have someone know where you are. tune in tomorrow.
  8. i was about to say that !j'adore poutine !!! (j'aime montreal aussi.)
  9. santa monica tickets UP THE ASS, so watch yourself. venice also tickets if your meter has run out, though i don't know how strict they are about street signs. i used to live in venice, and street parking on the weekends is about impossible to find.
  10. on first dates (and perhaps a few of the next following), one might want to avoid gas-producing mexican food and messy italian food ! tune in tomorrow.
  11. sorry i'm late again; my internet is out again! one shouldn't make purchases based on income one expects to get in the future; there are no guarantees. tune in tomorrow.
  12. well, these pics aren't so great; i'm not photogenic at all. the fact that i always make silly faces doesn't help, either... but here are pictures of me, the first with my best friend/roomie, and the second with another friend of mine. both post here every great once in a long while. hmmm - they both look better than i do here... well, the point is that you can tell we had fun !
  13. yep; we'll have a meetup with a more specific location so that more than just sinrider and i will be in attendance . shorty's usually there!
  14. calling to say you're running late is worth the extra time it makes you late; it makes people worry less and is just good manners . tune in tomorrow.
  15. last night i went with friends and to meet friends, and i ran into friends at the mayan, to see digweed. i was disappointed in digweed, but the evening was a blast !!! [writer's note: i just wrote a full review and this damn thing erased it ] neither i nor the crowd found digweed as dancable as the opening dj, desyn masiello. he played a mix of banging house and i-don't-know-what, including some vocal classics; i don't know when i last heard "music is the answer," but hearing it again reminded me that it certainly is. he had everyone asking, "who is this guy?" it turns out that he has a cd coming out on the 14th, and i have a feeling that most of the people out last night'll be checking it out. although i barely danced, we stayed till the end. the night was a disappointment as far as my feet were concerned, but there's just something different about digweed nights. there's a vibe there that no other dj brings. even when digweed's set isn't on, the night's a blast. so today, my roomie and i have pledged to never miss digweed. hope to see you there next time! i'll put up pics as soon as i get my comp back up and running !
  16. sorry for no column yesterday, everyone - my internet connection is now dead and i have to use my roomie's. frikkin' wireless modem connection thingies !!! piece of crap !!! one should always carry one's driver's license, even on short errands. one never knows what may happen... tune in tomorrow.
  17. all right, at least one person's there, for sure (good luck, pattycake )! i'll be in a navy tube top with the number "5" on it and a navy skirt. if you see me, say, "hi!"* * and if any of you calls me "way-ess," i will have to smack you. for the millionth time, it's pronounced "wise."
  18. when cooking, go lightly on the salt. one can always add more, but never take it out. tune in tomorrow.
