the l.a. board used to be entirely dead, and it's come back to life - at least, relatively speaking . while we're still small and it's mostly me talking to myself , a bunch of new members have joined since i've been on. we're not clique-y like some boards and just have a really friendly vibe. we're getting there - i have faith .

i don't know about the sexiest, but when i was a kid, watching the video for duran duran's "hungry like the wolf" gave me some feelings for simon le bon that i hadn't had for anyone else yet .

o, gmc, i don't think you realize how many people on the board don't like smurfette most of the time .

i'm really a big-club type person; i don't really like small places/lounges so much, and i never go to bars. seeing as i'm limited that way, i don't know how useful i could be to you... but the only places i really frequent are spundae (at circus disco on saturdays), red (at arena on fridays), honey (at circus disco on thursdays), and random places when giant throws events or other djs are brought into town by promoters - not clubs with a permanent home. but they're all great places to get a sense of the happy, friendly vibe that we have going on here .

he gets around a lot - mostly seems to be at raves... i can't seem to find anything about an upcoming gig on the 'net, but i bet if you go looking for flyers (at booth 7 on melrose, would be my first suggestion) he'll be on one of them .

i just found out i have to work till 8 on sunday in santa monica . would 8:45 be ok for a meetup time, wherever we go? and someone pick a place, already (weyes doesn't go anywhere but loud, big places, and has no knowledge of the types of places at which we'd want to meet)!

that pic of salma is very unflattering . i liked penelope cruz in all about my mother, but i think that was the only time i ever thought she had appeal - and it wasn't sex appeal. she was just kind of plain and that was nice. but she was playing a young character in that movie that was allowed to be that skinny, in my book. as an adult woman, she should gain a little sump'in sump'in. and i think salma's got a pretty busted grill.

don't be so literal - i mean, who do you think would know more about how to have good sex (especially because they're both so old and have amassed so much info and experience ), not who is having great sex right now.
