it's all good . a very interesting and imaginative one, even though not french !

life is beautiful is an italian film. the red balloon is a classic; i've never gotten to finish it , but it's key if you want to really discuss french film at all. also francois truffaut's jules and jim. for a more recent film, amelie was a huge hit and was nominated for cinematography, art direction, best foreign language film, sound, and writing (original screenplay) in the 2001 oscars.

that's not exactly a glowing review! but thanks so much, lilliz77 and sebastianxy; it's good to know that derrick carter is house (i had no idea), and if corsten throws in a little house, that'd be cool, too. i love trance, but have been mostly trancing it up this year, and when i wanna really celebrate, i usually am in a housier mood.

mashed potatoes. pumpkin pie. gravy. apple pie. stuffing. more pie. maybe some turkey. did i mention pie? these are all good things to take advantage of when presented with in abundance along with plenty of time in which to consume them all . and have seconds . tune in tomorrow. did i mention that pie rocks?

maybe, maybe not . (though that is it for me for the night .)
