I thought it was terrible for a Friday night.

Got to Vegas around noon on Friday. Went straight to Mandalay Pool and hung out there till 6 pm. Great scene. Ladies everywhere and the weather was nice and sunny. 6 pm went to the casino for a tad and won about $400 playing craps. Friday night tried to go to Pure but had a late start. Line was ridiculous. Waited 20 minutes and decided to bag it and go to Body English. Got there and Greg and Todd the doormen (friends from my home town) hooked us up right away. Liked the place but can't stand hip hop. Great crowd, good vibe. Decided to leave there and go to Drai's which was another cluster fawk line. Didn't end up waiting in line too long. I was a little aggravated so we left. Gambled a little and went to Club Rubber in which we were supposed to be on the list. Weren't on the list so we purged $20 a peice to get in. PLACE SUCKED! Felt like I was at an eighth grade dance. Girls were horrible and the music was AWFUL. Would never go back there. Left there and went to the casino at Mandalay Bay till 8 AM. Man, it was cold as hell outside that night. Saturday night went to ICE. That place is absolutely sweet. Never saw Mark Farina before and let me tell you he just KILLED IT. He was awesome. Loved the cryogenix. The best set I heard at WMC this year Roger Sanchez on the Space terrace. This set topped that one. Mixing was tight, track selection was superb. As for the VIP bouncers at ICE...they were so nice and helpful. Only bitch of the night was our bill. Two bottles for 1K. Are you fawking kidding? That seems a little ridiculous. Besides the bill, was my best night in Vegas ever. I couldn't script in any better. The only thing I would change about my trip was getting to Pure earlier and a tad bit warmer. Can't wait to go back.

i am going to Pure Friday then Dra's for afterhours. They apparently have house on the terrace. Saturday going to ICE for Mark Farina. Mark spins funky house I believe rather than UK hardhouse. Never seen him before but I hear good things.

I blew a .22 once but it wasn't for a DJ spinoff. This sounds like a blast. Although good luck matching beats when tanked. When I used to spin I was awful when i drank a lot.

I was there at Morillo from what I remember. By the time it was daylight I was pretty tanked so I don't recall much. As for Vegas, it has been five years since I have been to Vegas. I love it but the music is average. A lot of hip hop (which I can't stand) I would say Miami beats Vegas but they are two totally different beasts. We are staying at Mandalay Bay which is supposed to be real nice.

I will be in Vegas this weekend and am a house music fan myself. Our schedule consists of Friday @ Pure then Dra's for afterhours. Saturday we have a table at @ ICE. I will give you my review next week.

I seem to do alright. I will take that challenge. You should have gone to Space girl, maybe you could have met him.

Go to Space...you will have fun. Probably $20 cover. Just don't wear shorts or sandals and you should be alright.

Joe's Stone Crab. Great carry out for lunch. Dinner is a little hectic. A seasonal restaurant. Not sure if they are open in May. I would assume they close for June thru September. Get the seafood bisque and stone crabs. I like Opium, Amika then Space for afterhours. Also, take her to the Delano for a few drinks. Place is sweet. Try Nikki Beach on Sunday.

Sweet. I heard he plays a multitude of different styles. (deep house, house, funky house, etc.) What style did you hear at Crobar? Reason I ask is I am going to Vegas this coming weekend and he is spinning at ICE.

I will be in Vegas this coming weekend. Was interested in hitting up Pure on Friday night, then Drai's for afterhours. Saturday going to ICE then I doubt I will hit afterhours. If anyone knows how I can get on the guest list for Pure Friday, Drai's Friday it would be appreciated. We have VIP Saturday at ICE. I have two other friends with me. PM me if you can help. Also, are jeans and a sleeveless shirt (for a guy) unacceptable dress for these places? Diesel jeans and a DKNY sleeveless shirt. Thanks, Frosty

How was Sander K after PVD? I have heard zero reviews. I love the everybody cd. Next year I will make a point to go see Sander. Would have gone to Sander this year but I couldn't miss Radio One and had been at Space two nights in a row. Plus, I wanted to see Sanchez over Sander.

How would you know how many I had? You were speaking Marc-bonics the whole time . I had not even begun to speak Frostybonics or do my "Old School" impressions yet. Till next year... You guys should try and hit up one more night. 4 is good. Not sure how we missed Mysterd or Pizzacheaze. Next year for sure. Just made plans... will be in Florida June 11-18. June 11, 12 in Miami, 13 in Lauderdale, rest in Jupiter.
