I think Tiesto is more about marketing than anything. Im sure he has a strong promotional team behind him. He is like the britney spears of trance music. One goes to see him-not so much for the music-but more for the experience.

How can you generalize Roxy from only going there three times? You're hardly in a position to say anything. Maybe those three nights were off nights for Roxy...

Those DJ lists are soo subjective. What criteria can one use to judge a Dj? number of sets spun? number of trainwrecks avoided? Even something like attendence is suspect. IMO, there is no clear way to define the top 100, or whatever DJs. My top 5 may be totally different than your top 5.

Im not so sure about that. A "top ten" list usually implies something new. Perhaps if minfaqd changed the topic to "top ten you're feeling", or something along those lines, he wouldnt encounter this problem.

Honestly, I think Sexy was one of the few parties where it was strictly a drinking crowd--More so than Exit. After 4, that place pretty much cleared out. I, too, wish that it was back. Hopefully, someone reading this will decide to resurrect the Roxy party.

I totally agree. I hear that song everywhere! It might not be big in terms of radio play, but I can see it being smashed by alot of DJ's Not to shit on your opinions, but that song is awful. Its the case of a catchy beat being saddled with a horrid vocal. The combo of scum and a vocal diva just dont match. Kristine W needs someone like hex or JP to remix that song. Scum's style just doesnt suit that type of vocal.
