45 days is not a ridiculous sentence.. shes was on probation.. probation meaning you cannot do ANYTHING illegal and what show? they are following standard procedure.. she committed a crime and was handled as any criminal would have been..

can you please get your facts straight.. shes in jail because she violated her probation from a dui she violated it by driving with a suspended license (a second time - they let her off the first time but the dumb bitch took advantage)
