I'd need to see a pic of the boss before I decided whether to "apply for the positions"! I don't look to date younger men, but they seem to be more of what I am interested in. Part of it is that I don't want kids and I don't want anything exclusive right away. The older guys seem to be looking for an instant wife and mother. Part of it is that I take care of myself in all other respects, so don't NEED a man, I can CHOOSE to have male company in my life. If I am going to choose, I want a guy who looks good and takes care of his body, is a lot of FUN, and has a sense of discovery and adventure.
