First don't expect too much out of the nightlife, it doesn't compare with NYCs... 21+ The Giant (www.giantclub.com) (international Djs: PVD, Tiesto, etc.) Spundae (www.spundae.com) (Djs: Carl Cox, Sandra Collins,etc.) Key Club suppose to be good...not sure Garden of Eden 18+ Club Blue (NYC Style) You'll be here in the summer, so I'd def. hang out at the beach a lot. It gets crazy at the beach, a lot of people.. Go around Hollywood... Def. good "to be" 21 I'm sure CP has lists of LA clubs as well, I don't know a lot about San Diego's nightlife but the beaches are great. Come stop by my place!!! (Although I'll prolly be in NYC)
