  1. von dutch fuckers! Everybody knows that the jetsons made those popular.
  2. No. dont get diesel shoes. Why should diesel shoes be the default shoe? Besides that square toe look isn't cuttin' it anymore.
  3. DON'T DO IT! One common mistake boys make is wearing a nice dress shoe like that with jeans. This kind of shoe should be reserved for dress pants.
  4. A little expensive? I'd much rather watch mark summers comb his shag rug.
  5. I think from the bottom down is fine actually. Having her blouse tucked in and hanging over a bit doesnt do it for me. Perhaps with a better top the outfit would look a bit more tolerable.
  6. to be honest, I really don't see what sets you guys apart from hot topic.
  7. ...a northface jacket has never looked so good right next to a set of 27" spinnies. Take it up a notch by accenting your northface jacket with a mac 11 in either one of the front pockets
  8. neither. try redonkulous
  9. miss lady or thang. like....you need to check yourself and shoop to the right fast. This post makes you sound like so uncool. It's even like uncool for me to talk about this post. Everybody is wearing von dutch. Get with it. Like, I bought my dog a von dutch sweater and lemme tell ya. He is like constantly rocking the dog house every night. nawimean? so like check yourself...
  10. Brands like north face I don't diss because they are more about practicality. The idea of it being chic enough is only secondary because they know it's not runway material. Quite frankly I think they could care less. In other words, it was made with the adventurer in mind. People getting mugged for north face clothing? Where at? Ski slopes?
  11. We asians do but that doesnt bother me one bit. Ok, perhaps that was bad....
  12. I would've loaded up at the bar and then unload right on HER shoes. It's only fair! Sole for sole!
  13. Damn, I've never heard so much crying in my life. I bet you whiners are only doing it because you have a diaper rash or you've soiled yourself again and there is nobody around to give you a fresh diaper. Hey, if you think the scene in D.C sucks then simply stay home or keep your liver company at a bar somewhere (I'm sure it likes the undivided attention). You talk about how badly the crowd sucks, but in reality you are part of that crowd...that sucks. If you look hard enough it's not so bad. I'm sure there is something for you guys here. Whether it be Britney spears karoake night or Spaghetti disco night at the local firehouse. Eventually you will find something that suits your taste if you're willing to put forth the effort (instead of whining mind you).
  14. I agree. But it's hard not to think back to the days when Buzz would get an eclectic mix of djs week after week. I realise that nowadays it's more about pulling in a nice size crowd (and of also trying to cater to everyones needs in terms of djs). Completely understandable because you guys need to meet your quota and then some. I've accepted the fact that things won't be like the "good ol' days," but I'm fine with that.
  15. But his type of house is geared towards the raver crowd if i'm not mistaken. I think the type of house Axe is referring to is the kind that isnt played at a bpm equivelent to the speed of light. I remember when Buzz would book lots of san fran house djs (mark farina and such)and chicago house djs such as derrick carter. Those were the good ol days
  16. sounds good to me. I wish Dragonfly would do a wal-mart and have roll-back prices days on drinks.
  17. I do agree with your statement, but you have to realise that it's just going through its phase. As much as it pisses you off, there was a point in time when this style was catching on like a venereal disease. It may be hot now, but who knows when it will become passe. It's funny how styles go through these cycles. And each time it makes its rounds it is always reintroduced with slight modifications or not any at all. Nowadays being original is just merely buying what the next person doesnt have. Pretty much every style has had it's share of the spotlight. Now all that is left to do is keep it fresh.
  18. Liz, this one step forward out of your "safe zone." I'm quite proud of ya (two thumbs up with a salesman smile). I took a look at that sampler. Not only does it come in a nice case, it also has shades that I was going to suggest you try (like midnight cowboy and chopper). Ah' say geet awn it! (get the sampler that is)
  19. ah' lurve mah mullet ya'll. Let's urrybody know that I'm all buisness like on the sides and party animal in the back....
  20. really close to District of Corruption (or columbia). Is that a satisfactory answer? Black barbie eh? mmm mmmm;)
  21. If I was a professional model I sure wouldn't be on CP replying to this post. I would probably be out shopping for a 2 bedroom doghouse for my doberman or something like that...
  22. I understand where you're coming from but you have to remember that being fashionable isnt about confining yourself to just one style. Versatility is key. This girl you describe which enfuriates you so sounds like an emo kid. If that's the case than they are in a league of their own. But then again I would have to have a looksy for myself. If she is not emo than she just might be the living breathing #1 fan of kellyosbourne.com.
  23. Well, now you know why alot of ppl cop the styles which they have seen on TV. Obviously if they like what they see they will go on a treasure hunt for it. Personally, I prefer not to wear my hat backwards or even all the way to the side. Wearing it slightly to the side is all I need to let everybody know that I mean buisness. p.s. Bring back the trapper keeper and pocket rockers!
