Well said. Definitely, you need to make adjustments to your workout and food intake. Typically a good routine should show weight changes in the time frame you have been working out. I can train an hour day (which I do) but if i eat bad that day the bad diet will show, not the training. For "beverage" consumption, stay away from margaritas and similar cuz of the high caloric intake. As someone who trains 7 x a week, but still enjoys his "beverage", I can tell you - stay with the clear spirits (as opposed to the darks) and keep the drink as clear as possible (w/ sodas or tonics or similar)

Depends on your job. In the nightlife industry, if you aren't having a girl, who you gave your card to, grabbing your crotch and saying, "are you as big as I've heard", then you aren't doing your job as well you can.

In LA, the last few weeks all the hot freaks in town have disappeared leaving mainly girls that stand around, not drinking, dancing with their purses in the middle on the floor of the dancefloor, with their earlobes shaking more than their booties, and looking like they are having as much fun as a networking function for the Librarians Association of American. Has it been good in NY or Miami the last few weeks? Seriously considering a vacation.

Mine was off and one for close to two years, but never serious. I said no a few months ago. It was really hard. Before that there were sessions when the next morning you felt like you lost 5 lbs from all the rough hair pulling ass slapping plaster breaking luving the night before (a feel sorry for the neighbors that didnt have eyeplugs) .... there was one session ... well, that's another thread until itslef. Believe or not, we still hang as the best of friends and still turn eyes when we walk into a club. And in the end, we were always honest to each other and some exceptionally hot times. Anyone down for Vegas in August? She and me and few others will be pimpin a big house there probably - feel free to pm me.
