WOW.. why would PvD play a venue like that? Does he really need the money that bad? Only thing I can think of is he has friends in the Hamptons or something. Try to get Euro's before you leave. I forget where, but you can. I used an ATM the whole time I was there, and came back realizing I blew over $200 on ATM charges alone.. !!

Mine was horrible, and it was as if it didn't even exist. Been working 2 jobs all summer long, plus doing website freelancer work when I get home at night. I predicted the summer would suck, when PVD in Central Park got caught in a shitstorm of rain, and I ended up not going. Right then and there I knew the summer would end up being shitty. I really feel like it hasn't even started yet..

SF has the best layout in my opinion. Place is huge, and has so many places to chill at. I could care less about JP.. just saying the building itself is great.

A few years ago, in the early nineties, it was pretty big. Before E became mainstream, it was "all the rage". Anyway, one of my friends flipped out on it. Its a long story (amazing story actually), that Im not going to go into right now. Im just mentioning it to get to this point. Right after that happened, there was a documentary done by the tv show 48 hours, all about Acid and how it was "coming back" from the 60's or whatever. On that show, there was a guy who was on a permanent trip. It was very rare they said, but it does happen. They showed how for this poor guys entire life, he was stuck in a trip. He'd be talking to people, and see things as if it were a kalaidescope. Insane! Anyway, there is truth to it. I've seen it.

Anyway, I taped it on Tivo and put it in slo motion and you can see me and my friend at Manumission. Of course, this means shit to any of you, but its cool to me cuz I can relive that night forever. Anyway, have fun.. you're gonna love it. Word of advice, bring money!

Ahhh wtf... This sucks.. One of the girls we were going with said it was cancelled. We were waiting for the rain to stop (around 7ish), and it just kept pouring. Someone said it was cancelled, and I thought that was the end of it. I totally would have gone had that person not lied =( WTF.. Last year was great.. I was so looking forward to this. Fuck me

Well, its taken the general public around a year to catch on. I heard him play Time of Our Lives last year at Central Park, and I remember it being around for a while even before then. Go PvD, go! I too am psyched for this years park party.. I wish Tiesto would do something like this, because theres no way I can deal with the size of Avalon.
