  1. Present, wouldnt miss it for the world
  2. Markus was so good! I enjoyed everything about the night. Ralph and Oscar were also alot of fun, and LP even got behind the decks too! I was a happy girl once I heard Markus play Avril Levine-I'm With you!!!We partied up on the terrace after Markus finally ended his set at 10am, and once again Oscar and LP were rocking the terrace with the perfect Space 34 anthems! Karin, Yadi, Gale, Arturo, CandyrollxXx, Bobba, Rach, Koki.....thanks for a night/morning to remember:)
  3. Oh those were the 2 people that were in the hip hop room.
  4. You had me at hello!
  5. Pacha is a club, well, actually a few clubs throughout the world with it's most famous venue in Ibiza. Here are a few links: www.pacha.com www.pacha-muenchen.de www.pachamallorca.com www.pachalondon.com www.pacha-ba.com www.pacha-portugal.com www.pacha.at I think Pacha had a club in SoBe in the '80's.
  6. this thread is going to get very interesting quite quickly......
  7. Not Denny, but another big NYC dj
  8. He will be back as soon as they announce who is at Space 34 Oct 11th!
  9. www.party931.com is currently archiving the sets. But I will look into it. That really is a great idea. Just need to make sure we've got enough bandwidth or whatever we need to get that up!
  10. Great night! Well, it was actually morning wasn't it? I have to admit this was one of the best times I have had at Space. Roland's Terrace set was off the hook! Poor guy though, the folks hanging with himup in the dj booth can really mess with him while he spins, but the ever consumate professional never missed a beat. At one point I looked up and Biz was putting a trucker hat on him in the middle of a mix! (still a fashion statement I don't get...) That crowd definately takes their dancing seriously. How some of those girls can walk around and dance in high heels on that slippery floor and not fall down and bust their asses amazes me! The highlight for me was watching Sobeton bouncing around in the dj booth trying not to get tangled up in Markus's headphone cable. He's like the Energizer bunny, that one. It was great meeting Sobeton and Steffy! The CP crowd had the nice meet up spot in the dj booth. CandyrollxXx and GrooveEric...it was great to see you again. Arturo, you have to be a better doorman to that booth. Some of the girls you were letting up there...well let's just say CandyrollxXx and I thought we were going to have to step in for a minute. Well, can't wait for next weekend!
  11. Roland was really good last night! I hope he got home ok, he looked so tired when he left after such a long night! Good job Rolly:)
  12. Simply incredible! I had so much fun.
  13. Well at least this poll is a bit more accurate than theDJlist.com that has DJ Irene ahead of Danny Tenaglia!
  14. make sure you wear you "I voted" pin all weekend long.
  15. A bump disguised as a "Ditto"
  16. The voting for DJMag’s top 100 DJ’s ends on Oct 3rd. Voters are asked to submit their top 5 DJ’s of 2003 to http://www.djmag.com/vote.asp Results will be published in a special issue of DJmag, in shops 31st October. When voting for your top 5, please show support to our boys who represent Miami and Space 34. Oscar G: In August 2001 Oscar began his now legendary residency at Space 34. His weekly ten hour marathons have become the stuff of legend. He has been able to create an unrivaled following of nearly 3000 Space-heads weekly. In 2003 he was awarded “Best Resident DJ†by DJ Times and Club Systems International. In October 2003 he will release a double cd package mixed at Space which will capture the essence of Miami’s Saturday night clubbing staple. The compilation simply titled “Oscar G Live @ Space†will be then next volume of the wildly popular STAR 69 series which showcases superstsar djs in a live setting in their weekly residencies. If that isn’t enough, He is the man behind this years biggest Club Anthem “Dark Beatâ€. Roland : Roland consistently & flawlessly sets the tone of the night pumping his progressive house injections at “House Sessions†every Saturday. His sound is characterized as unique blend of percussive, deep & uplifting house derived from a solid progressive influence. Roland possesses an uncanny ability to read the dance floor & move the masses with his masterful versatility & calm control whether it’s inside or out, from Mainroom to Terrace. His sets are analogous to an enchanting journey through a warped, sub-aqua passageway unconsciously stimulating the senses with occasional breaths of fresh air. Markus Schulz: Space 34’s newest resident DJ has been in the scene for over 15 years. His radio show “Global DJ Broadcast†has blown up with a huge fan following all over the globe. Markus was voted ahead of Radio 1’s Essential Mix and even John Digweed's radio show on kiss 100 as the best online radio show in the world. Pretty damn impressive for a show that originates on Miami’s Party 93.1. His remixes for Jewel, Telepopmusik and Motorcycle’s “As The Rush Comes†have also raised his profile internationally. Markus is one of those few DJ's that has captured the imagination of trance heads and progressive house heads with his melodic sets.
