like i said in another board they are great and should play here more but when they play overseas it seems they get more love so thats a great thing.

i agree and wonder the same thing hype. Choo choo is an amazing producer and i enjoyed his set over at CIELO a few back and cant wait to hear him again.

Dont know if you have already but you need to check out NICKY SIANO, DAVID DEPINO, TONY HUMPHRIES. This party is def gonna be a great night again hes played ny about 2 times since his spirit party on a sun night a few yrs back and that night over at SPIRIT was just great.

Wow so your father is oldschool and SHELTER the scene and party hes talkin about usually gets goin around 4/5am and lasts until 12-1pm sun afternoon, there is no dress code at shelter. As for your father in case he doesnt know alot of people that he might know or if your interested in learning about stuff from those palces and people who were there since the 70s and still go out are over at www.deephousepage.com I suggest go to CIELO a bit dressed up and bring a change of clothes in your back and dress down after cielo and sweat it out at SHELTER.

Hmmm when you say "rave" do you mean rave music or you just dont knw the difference? If i may suggest for you to check out CIELO its the best club in nyc with a great soundsystem and a mix crowd of people who dont know whats goin on with fashionistas and people who love to dance and know about house music. So you get a bit of everything witht he people in the room. The normal fri night dj wont be around his name is WILLIE GRAFF in his place will be JO JO FLORES, check it out. Hesd playing on both the 5th and 6th.

Does he still spin lol of course he does all OVER THE WORLD. Luckily (or coincedently lol) He will be playing over at CIELO for his BDAY party on THURS JAN 11TH. The last time i caught him here in NYC was over at SPIRIT on a sun night, what a grea party that was, cant wait to hear him again. Its still around on the 30th TKC, and ansome other djs are playing and on new yrs eve /day angel moraes is palying.

Sadly they wont be open on NYE like the past few yrs being that the 30th is a sat night and thats where they will celebrate.

Heres the info i got

They have share dj booths with DANNY KRIVT at 718 sessions and TIMMY REGISFORD at SHELTER and have gigs all over the world line up already as HEADLINERS. In the deephouse world they are getting mixed reviews. Some say they are great some say whats the big deal there only getting gigs cause of their age and means nothing if they are only playing to people in their late 30s-50 at the deephouse parties and not getting enough young blood into the deephouse sound. I mean all the early pioneer djs from the 70s were teenagers when they blew up, nicky siano, larry levan, frankie knuckles for example. But that was a different era and movement. Personally i keep hearing mix reviews about em and will wait and see if they are around in 7yrs or so still making music and spinning. God bless them for starting out at a young age i was first exposed to this music when i was 8/9yrs old myself in 1990 and havent looked back. Also one of the biggest arguements about them is there really nothing special on the decks and are playing very similar to other deephouse djs who are much older as well. If these kids get all you people on this board to listen to deephouse then great about time lol. And if you like it then check out some of the other djs and parties ive been yapping about for yrs. I already think there great and its amazing and positive what there doing for this scene. And will def check them out soon enough, based on what they are playing i know their gonna be good their tracklistings are some good stuff.

im staying away from crobar and pacha on nye, so it will either be sullyivan room or babylons kiss after Cielo.
