i just stick to eating right and having some protein shakes here and there. ON protein is the shit, cheap and effective. creatine never really did much for me, just made me have that fuller look, but as far as strength is concerned i don't think it was that much of a diff. after i got off of it i think i had a mental hangup that i felt weaker. but after a while i went up in weight again and never looked back.

no offense dude but you're going out to a club, not a rave, why would you have a hoodie on. as long as you have a nice pair of jeans, a nice tshirt and some sort of nice shoe/sneaker type shoes you'll get in no problem every time.

i don't know, i love working out and taking care of my body, but i would never go farther than the mens health type body. that would be more than enough for me. i find those pictures above really disturbing actually, he doesn't even look human, his whole body is deformed. why you would ever wanna look like that is beyond me.

did they change the system in there? cause it used to be pretty bad. i would def care about the sound before being amazed by the size of their fish tank.
