Since I live in the DC area, work in Richmond area, and go to school in blacksburg, Suncom (AT&T) was the best for me. Service has been great. I'll be switching to AT&T though to get more minutes for the same price and a 703 number. Verizon was a competitor for me in terms of coverage but around VaTech my friends get an echo whenever they talk. The other thing about verizon is that they don't carry phones with internal antennas. My girl did get coverage in a weird back town about 35 or so miles south east of Richmond when i didn't. But that was it. I guess it's just about where you're at cause my boy that goes to Maryland says Sprint is the best there. Oh yeah and picking a good phone is important too. Strudiness, reception etc. I got a test. If the phone doesn't fit in my jeans 5th pocket, I don't want it.

Yeah the key to losing your stomach is cardio (running, etc) to lose the excess fat, and abs work to tone up the stomach muscles. Getting in the habit of sucking it in(good posture) also helps. If you work in an office spend a few minutes each day sucking in as much as you can, holding it for 10 seconds, and letting it out. Do it a few times. Changing your diet isn't going to help. I've seen bony girls with a tummy. Salad and a water please. Boo that. Atkins is an awful diet. People who are on it don't realize the controversy behind it. Carbs are an important part of your diet and if you take them away you can never bring them back unless you're willing to put on many many lbs. Reduce your carb intake at night though and track it through out the day like fat. But like i said, diet is no substitute for exercise especially since exercise makes you feel better and you benefit from it for the rest of your life. Body and Mind. Edit: From what I've heard, when you lose the carbs your body has to get what it loses from your body fat and that's how you lose weight. But after the fat is gone, your body has no source for these nutrients. I consider it an unhealthy way to lose weight.

I have both the gillette mach 3 and the schick extreme 3. I like the extreme 3 better even though i shave with the mach 3 more often. I like the way the mach 3 pivots but I also like the general feel of the extreme 3 and the rubber grip. Probably couldn't tell you to go either way. I'm sure it just depends on the shape of your face and how your facial hair grows. As for quattro. I think 3 blades are sufficient.

Jeni, birth control is over 99.something % effective, but you gotta take it every day at the same time. Every girl I've known to get pregnant on birth control missed a day. Amazing how long those squidies live. my girl used to get periods once every few months when she was dancing ballet. Now she's regular cause she went on birth control.
