OK so we have all been talking about the possibility of meeting up someone nice in a club etc. So lets spill the beans, who has had the most hookups at clubs? and if you are in NYC, which club have you had your most success picking up someone.... For me, Webster hall has had the proud distinction of being the hookup joint in NYC. I guess all the sluts (aka NYU bitches) in NYC luv WH or maybe its those horny european bitches looking to discover America.....

  8. brother is damn right....grewup in dyker heights moved to bayridge for a while, very nice neighborhood...except for those punk lebanese kids hangin out on the streets and stupid ol irish retards.....but thats the fun part living with those folks....damn i still miss those good ol summer days...lemme tell ya, summer in brooklyn is the best.... I remember we used to play out at fort hamilton high,....or sometimes go all the way upto midwood ave K and play in the football stadium in that school there...shouting shalom to every jewish guy we came across....fun ol times.....some of the best days of my life man....

Been there, done that...or better said, been burnt, abused and now I am a man...listen bud...these bitches are nothing more than hoars! looking to rip you off one way or the other....its either free dinners or free this or that... I simply dont let any bitch get off free, if she wants dinner, we split, if we live together we split the rent...I never knew I could save so much money that way....I realize this sounds corny...but I realize my true love is money....its what we are all about...bottom line, watch what you spend...and spend it on the people who really deserve it...people like your family, your closest friends who have stuck out with you thru thick & thin...I rather give my money to charity than entertain some bitches desire for some high-class dinner or night out at the movies or give her shelter and feel manly bout it...
  11. Agree....100% I have my doubts of how useful creatine really is, I used it for a while and not much diff...except maybe I felt more aggressive (but I guess its phsycological...u think u have something so you are going to be pumped as it is...)

I am talking about meals, if you are just taking protein extracts and pay the extra $$$ for it go ahead...I just plan my meals for the maximum benefits, the only time I take a protein supplement is after my workout, but for the whole day I just eat regular smaller meals that give me the right amount of nutrients, proteins, carbs etc.... 4-5 hrs between meals in managable, it is hard to go out and eat every 2hrs plus eating that many meals versus 4-5 hrs apart has very little difference. Your body can only absorb about 30gms of protein at most...the rest is just gone to waste....infact if you eat too much excessive proteins the parasites in your stomach are going to digest the excessive proteins and the result is you are going to be farting...and the more protein those parasitics absorb the more Sulphur dioxide they will produce..i.e your fart is going to be stinking...
  14. yes, more meals means instead of consuming 24grams of protein every 6 hrs, your are metabolizing 24 grms every 4hrs...so your bodies ability to absorb proteins over a period of an entire day increases.... at any given moment your body can only metabolize at most 30grms of protein, but if you build up metabolsim you can consume 30grms in more meals than one normally does. typically a body can consumer 30grms of proteins within a window of 6-8hrs, however, buy eating more meals and not exceeding the 30grms of protein limit your body adapts and absorbs 20-30grms of proteins every 4-5hrs.. this is building up metabolism....
  15. funny thing, is that I had my pic taken with this really hot chick, the photographer gave his card but i threw it away, anyway long story short, I told my gf that I was'nt feeling well so I could'nt go out with her, but then I was out partying with my buds...I did'nt think bout the pic until the next day and went online crazy lookin for it, luckily for me I located the website and had em take the pic off....
  16. well for me, the following has worked pretty well...usually you want to load up with carbs before your workout, at least 2hrs prior to work out, you need the carbs to give you the energy during the workout. If you are into lifting weights thats fine, but the key is to load up with proteins post your workout, you burn the carbs during the workout, you stress/fatigue your muscles during intense weight lifting, what you want is to build up on your muscle mass, and proteins do that for your muscles. Now captainpec is right, you need to build up on your protein metabolism, but that does'nt always means that you have protein shakes during the entire day and morning, what you need to do is generally increase your protein intake with your meals, remember the key is more meals, less calories. Eating more meals that have sufficient proteins in them will increase your protein metabolism over time.

I dont think so....eating fish is very healthy, I am just saying eating tuna as means of your primary protein source and eating it everyday is dangerous...especially if you are a woman in the child bearing age...... just think about it, japanese people eat a lot of fish, i am willing to bet that some of us on this thread are eating way more tuna than most japenese....I know for a fact and I have done this myself, eat tuna as my primary source of protein...I used to eat tuna every day, probably 3-4 times a day...good thing is I only did it for a month...was told to stop by my-ex...she was afraid I might become impotent..and that she wont be a mommy...

  20. I got this from my ex who is a doc! and it was reconfirmed by my sis who is also a doc and specializes in obgyn.... and I saw presentations on this when i was attending a medical conference with my ex....
  21. thats right...and the key is, my diet didnt change...same amount of protien/calories intake.... going on a diet looses your muscle mass, which i believe is not what the original poster said he wanted to do, he wanted a more cut-up look which you can accomplish by maintaining same muscle mass but more cardio type routine with weights...
  22. Nautica if you take Tuna as your primary source for proteins, in a high protein diet, you are talking about significant levels of tuna consumption. Eating tuna once a week or other week is not something alarming, but if you eat it everyday,and that to 2-3 times a day, then you better read this article. As for women during child bearing age, that study is now actually a mainstream opinion of most physicians. I remember seeing some presentation in a conference once, i'll have to look up my PC to see if i ever recieved a powerpoint of that presentation....

This is from my own experience, before I used to do less reps but more heavier weights, the result, big mass accumulation with of course large muscles...then I switched to a more intense more rep work out, result was of course lower weight, but significantly more cut-up muscle shape... I guess you have to try it to believe it...
