I know that most of the music in our genre of choice is only available on vinyl, and most artists dont expect casual clubbers to start buying vinyl to hear songs. So for the songs you like but would never buy where do you download them?{end disclaimer}I use Soulseek ( Soulseek.org and its great, like old school napster. The best part is you can have a buddy list and get shit from people on there. I was wondering if any CP'ers have accounts on soulseek- mines Digypro (lets share!) I got a ton of shit, techno, house, hardstyle, hard trance - anything i can get really. So holla back all you got soulseek - if not then get it! I just buy vinyl . . . for sets though, I used AG when it was around . .but now I'm trying to crack back into the IRC racket . . . . . its alot more reliable and the scope of different stuff available is alot more robust than soulseek . . has a learning curve though . . minneec Posted November 12 Report Share Posted November 12 there are sites where you can download, courtesy of someone really nice...so don't exploit...www.djmixes2.com, but he updates it so the sets come and go and you just have to get them when they are there, also itwt, there's a link on the other site for it.
