Cardio

On my normal schedule I do it after my workout...

But I am going to start some Circuit Training to try to lose weight again. This summer has been rough on me. So I am going to do it every other day when I am not lifting. :D

It really is. My goal is to be as ripped during the week as I am on Saturday mornig. I still run during the week but nothing works as well going out to the club(and I even enjoy that)

when cutting twice on off days (morning before me first meal and evening after my 4th meal just before my 5th)

training days only in the morning before M1

bulking...just added some...cuz i decided to drink alil on weekends

I run 3x/week on non-lifting days, first thing in the morning, because that's when it's most convenient.

First thing in the morning is also the most effective time to run
