sunnyhost Posted July 3 Report Share Posted July 3 WaterBut then again I love water and drink a ton of it all day long.From time to time though I'll have a gatorade or something just for the flavor.Oh yeah...and FYI...I've read that while you are working out its much better to drink room temperature water than cold water so that your body can absorb it better/quicker and keep you hydrated better.
