weyes Posted September 30 Report Share Posted September 30 chicago deep dish pizza is in another category of pizza than sicilian and whatever the round, thin crust is called (i forgot ). i don't consider them to be competing against each other, as they are so different.i can't for the life of me find decent pizza out here in california. The stuffed & deep dish kind are very good if you like that. That being said I have to say I like thin crust better and NYC pizza does kick ass!!!
