Tell the Community Board to have the 10th Precinct (Chelsea's Precinct) to review the drug activity in the projects on 25th beginning 9th avenue through 10th and continue on to 28th street Park. There is huge drug usage in that area on a daily basis by their very own residents regardless of time. Always been there. They've really never done anything about it.
