bullseye Posted May 20 Report Share Posted May 20 It's just hard bc I usually only <100 grams of carbs per day........I want to try to cut back for summer....but not sure if I can do it i know its tuff. i usually have about 5 pieces of toast for breakfast, but i had to cut back to one, and eat other things. then usually a sandwich for lunch, but i only do that like 3 times a week now. try baby try! if u need any advice, jus pm me sometime k.
