I personally don't need to have a Palm Pilot built into my phone and most of them are too damn big anyway. I have ATT. A lot of people complain about their service, but they have drastically improved thier GSM service. I do have some dead spots, but my phone works where other services don't. This phone has a camera, video camera, speakerphone, JAVA games, and a flip-open keyboard. My gf is a text message queen so this makes dealing with her a lot easier.
