tsheritage Posted October 14 Report Share Posted October 14 Bellsouth was great over the last 5 years or so that I've had DSL with them, but last month they moved me from my Bridged connection to PPOE and now shit is much slower than before. Plus, they didn't even tell me they were moving me off the bridged setup, and when I was down for 3 days as a result of it they tried to charge me $80 for a support visit to just come to the house and tell me "oh yeah, you're PPOE now, so you have to authenticate."
