vegasguy25 Posted November 15 Report Share Posted November 15 W, right?Well, the name of the company that bought the land is Edge Resorts, who teamed up with Starwood Resorts (Sheraton, Westin, W) in a 75/25 partnership to build a huge resort with condos, hotels, a casino, retail, etc. The resort will be branded as a W resort. For anyone who has ever been in a W Hotel, you will know that is the best choice of all the Starwood brands. Capo Posted November 16 Report Share Posted November 16 Sounds like Koval will end up being a second "strip", paralleling Vegas Blvd. in a few years. All those ghetto apts. are gonna be knocked over soon. And then the Hard Rock will have the entire block from Paradise down to the Koval area.
