lalate
Very good question. Who should use a host 1. People that want the very best venue and the best night for their taste. Which venue should I be at on which night? Thats a big question. Even reading this board some of the time wont answer that. The host's job is to get you exactly the right spots for your taste. 2. People who are doing mulitple venues in one night. How to plan the entire night? If you want to do several venues a night, without a host is going to be super tough. Two weeks ago I had a client for Tao, Body English and Seamles all in one night for two guys. 3. People who dont know where to spend and not to spend. If you are partying many nights, you can find yourself throwing money on bottles and cover at many venues that a host could have hooked you up for free. Many a vegas door will want you to always do bottles, but if you are paryting at a hand full of venues during your trip, the normal clubgoer cant afford that expenditure. I dont know how other hosts do it but if a client uses our services for one venue for lesser venues we will throw in free hookups. 4. People who love the slight of hand. If you are the type of clubgoer that is going to preparty, mainparty, afterparty, afterparty, there is countless slight of hand tricks as I would call it as to where to get your preparty on, where to find chicks to bring to party, when not to arrive at afterhours. A good vip host will throw all that information in for you for free. Partying is not just about your reservation, its much more. Who doesnt need a vip host. 1. Someone who doesnt care what venue they are going to2. Someone who likes to wait in line3. Someone who likes to wing it and home their chips fall.4. Someone who doesnt do mulitple venues a night.5. Someone for who money is no object and is willing to throw mad money at things they might otherwise not have to.

dirtymike
or someone who is from ny and knows how to get things done loli just cant believe the amount of peopel that wait on never ending lines around the casino that dont moveI hear ya bro. Me and boy went to Rain at the Plam s back in the day when it was hot. 2.5 hr line. I greased the door guy like $100 for 4 people and the guy walked us in and we didnt even pay a cover. While these other jerkoffs are waiting in line playing with their pricks. Fuck waiting in line!
VegasStatusVIP
Lalate pretty much covered most of the benefits... one thing he left out, however, is a very important point when it comes to the major clubs like Tao, Pure and Jet......if you don't have a strong personal relationship with the VIP Hosts at the club you are going to, you can rest assured that if you don't show up early to the club, they WILL sell your table to the next highest bidder. It's easy for anyone to call a club up and make a table reservation, true, but your table is NOT guaranteed...especially on big weekends like Memorial Day coming up...when you use services like ours, you can show up at midnight and the club will still hold the table because of who WE are. Lastly, companies like mine that have not only business relationships, but friendships established at these venues can often get you lower bottle minimums at places. For example, I had a group of 9 guys at Jet on a Friday night...I was able to get them a 2 bottle minimum instead of 3. So by paying me for my services, they still saved money from the discounted bottle minimum. As for those who shouldn't use VIP Hosts, add those who come to Vegas expecting not to pay much to have an unforgetable experience! Oh, and erase the one that says "those to whom money is no object....." Those type of clients love the royal treatment and are usually your best clients. If you have money like that, you know what I am talking about. Vegas is a completely different beast when it comes to the club scene...Imagine having someone with you for the night who's sole purpose is to ensure you have stories to tell your friends when you get home...Someone with the experience and connections to make sure you don't waste your money on bull$hit...to keep away those chicks that only want your liquor, and bring you those that are cool to party with. Being the "middle man" and just another hand to feed is an unfortunate and misconstrued perception...yes, we are another hand to feed, but the value of feeding that hand may be the pivotal factor between an alright/ good night, and OMFG last night was OUT OF CONTROL!!!Follow? djmasterweb
Some people prefer to go to just one club in a night, like most of the people who go to OPM for example. They call the club to get on the guest list. They show up before 11pm. And they walk right in and have a ball.Otherwise they end up coming at midnight and waiting in line for two hours. However even in that case, a simple $30+ tip per person to the doorman will allow a line skip in almost all cases. It all depends on the type of experience you're looking for. greenie
Seems like just anothe middle man that I have to tip. What are the benefits of using a VIP service that I can't do on my own? Def getting a couple tables this year MDW. So I'm trying to figure things out.Biggest benefits of using a quality VIP service?1. ZERO HEADACHES2. ZERO EFFORT3. Best bottle minimums possible4. Guaranteed quality location of tableFor me, the first two are the kickers that make it worth spending the money on a quality host. It's one thing if you want to put forth the time required to set things up on your own in advance of your trip... but once you're in town, the last thing you want to do is spend a single minute dealing with anything!
