cool1g
i stayed in the Venetian last nite and could see it from my room. the area looks like a slightly upgraded pool area with lounge chairs, a really big mattress for the VIP local ladies and a large bar. only a couple of people were in there when i left my room at 11am and when i walked by the Tao Beach check-in near the parking garage there was no one waiting to go in...i do think the Tao name will make them a good alternative to Rehab. epope
Ohh Man!!They were open this week for a soft opening...and the place is sick!! I will tell you this...Groups of Guys no Girls!! No WAY!! Cabana's must be good ratios..and Its going to be for the very elite social class. Basically to narrow that down....The young upper class adults that love to spend money and have fun...And the hottest of the hot ladies...The place only holds 650 during the day time....and at night on sundays for Sunset Sessions they hold more because they clear out the chairs...The cabana's are huge!! About the size of two cabana anywhere around town...Cabana Ammenities Include:DirectTVX-Box360Fully Stocked FridgeHigh Powered Oscilating FansA/C Behind Every Sitting Position Truly awesome place...Memorial Day Weekend Lineups (Unannounced Got The Info From Inside) Miguel Migs, Gabriel & Dresden, Paul Oakenfold... VegasStatusVIP
Just to add to epope's post...Yes SICK!!!! Our boys have outdone themselves!!!It's kind of like a scene out of an ancient Roman film with canopies and drapes all over the place...quite possibly the sickest out door sound system with the DJ Booth over looking the pool and a huge statue of a bu dist goddess laying on her side under the booth. We partied there all Saturday and there was NO shortage in beautiful girls, that's for sure! Does it compete with Rehab? Will it take away from Rehab?Completely different ballgame! It would be like comparing apples to bananas! Tao Beach is a much more intimate, less sausage fest environment with a much more upscale feel and classier vibe than Rehab. You don't get the crazy out of control "Spring Break" vibe there. Although I must say, some times that vibe is a lot of fun! This is not to take anything away from Rehab, God knows I lived there last season and still love the damn party! There are two options for cabana rentals:a) $500 rental fee and then whatever you spend on a bar tab is up to youor $1000 Product minimum. Meaning no rental fee, but you must spend the thousand on food or alcohol before you leaveDay beds are the same except for the pricing is $250 for the rental fee or $500 product minimum.Bottles are priced at club prices...Grey Goose goes for $375. And food is your average $12 for a wrap. And yes, its true, groups of guys will not be allowed in without girls. Good thing Vegas is full of escort services! HA! mrvip
Tao has always been our personal favorite amongst the venues in Las Vegas since it opened. We will definitely be checking out the Tao Beach and provide the board with comments about our experience.
bulkcity
any tips on getting in?I will be with 1 other guyDoes it cost money to get in? What do guys wear? (we are planning on just sandals/swim trunks/cut off t-shirt)what times should we go? (when does it start/end)?we will be staying at the venetian there if that mattersthanks! epope
Memorial Day Weekend...Sat - Is going to be insane at Tao Beach. Honestly in regards to booking cabana's its really going to be on a first come first serve basis unless you have a relationship with someone there. If you make it in stop by and say hello I will be at Cabana 14.In regards to getting in. It doesn't help if you are staying at the Venetian. Unless you are a high stakes player and Venetian will accommodate you with what ever you need. If it is just two guys probably not a chance. Best bet is to get a group of 4 HOT GIRLS and bring them to the line with you. And plan on tipping!! A lot!! lololol...That Saturday they have Gabriel and Dresden and then Sunday Night they have Paul Oakenfold from 6-9. Tao Beach has spent about 100k on entertainment from Thurs - Sunday Night. They have a long list of entertainment not just the couple I named.

Not just someone that is going to point you in the wrong direction. Clearly you can see by the lack of a working website. This person is not truly dedicated to taking care of his clients. I would suggest researching all host before narrowing your choice down to just one....If you need any thing in this city please don't hesitate to contact us at Vegas Status VIP. I would love to show you just how far my hand reaches across the city. Don't hesitate to contact us about any venue....Some venues will be more difficult than others but all that is in relation to what your trying to do and what your willing to spend. Depending on where you go, some of the door staff can be pretty rude, but you do run across a few nice ones from time to time. If cover is $30 per male, you should be expecting to pay at least $50 per person (including cover) to get past the line and get into the club.By the way, who pissed in hehateme's punchbowl??? greenie
Having spoken directly with a few of the gang involved in the planning and management of Tao beach, it sounds like it's going to be a truly special spot... and in my opinion one of the few things that Vegas has really been lacking up to this point. For those familiar with the global club scene... one way to imagine what they'll be doing at Tao Beach is to picture what you'll find at many Nikki Beach locations......and entrance ability will vary accordingly depending on the day/night... some days you'll be able to walk right in and relax... other days you're gonna need to drop the cash or be with someone pretty damn special... or both... VegasStatusVIP
Most of the guys at Tao (both beach and nightclub) are very good friends of mine through high school or college. What I can say about the venues, coming straight from their mouths is this......large groups of guys will not be allowed in. Period. Tao is a very unique place by way of difficulty in finding a doorman that will accept a tip in order to let you in. Your best bet is to find girls to come in with you. Now, if it is just two or three of you guys, don't worry so much as groups of six or more. Two guys shouldn't have that bad of a time getting in. greenie
Spent a few days at Tao Beach in the past two weeks... incredible!Really, really, really impressed and pleased with what they've done there. The layout is great, the cabanas are AMAZING, the staff exceptional, and the crowd is wonderful. Whether you hit it on a big party day or a chill weekday, it's an excellent spot.By far my favorite pool spot in Vegas... one of the best pool vibes I've enjoyed anywhere in the world.
