  1. A great solution was posted on the following thread http://bbs.clubplanet.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=112196
  2. katari

    I know

    NICE!!! Sounds really good. Thanks.
  3. I've never tried this myself so I'm not sure if it would work ... but what if you used one of the stream-rippers. Play your rm file and record with that ripper at the same time. Again ... it's just a shot in the dark. My only other suggestion is a really annoying way. Connect a laptop and a desktop. On one connect line out and the other line in. Play the rm file in one and then use any software to record the line in. That should definitely work, but i don't think most people have a laptop AND a desktop. Good luck
  4. It's not a link. Soulseek is a file sharing program. www.slsk.org. If you have AIM say hello to preet123. I can send you the song.
  5. i don't know about the holy trinity bit but groove armada has this song superstylin'. good song, more house than tribal or trance so it's probably not the song you're looking for.
  6. Check you audio controls (double clicking the speaker on the bottom right) too. For me I need to chage the option to recording instead of playback.
  7. I have the deepdish dub of free love. IM me preet123
  8. Please don't take this the wrong way I'm being completely honest, considering your geographical location and your knowledge of club music ..I'm going to guess some favorites a couple of years old. Derb - Derb Pitchin' Hard - ? (i forget) Sandstorm - Darude Till I Come - ATB Let me know if i'm insulting your knowledge of music, and i'll guess some more recent stuff. I hope it helps.
  9. hahaha talk about a broken record Just kidding
  10. If this is the actual dj riddler from ktu ... I think you did a great job with club series v5. I'll be sure to give this one a listen as well.
  11. That's exactly how do it, and i can't imagine a better way except if there was a special piece of equipment that went straight from tape to cd player. You could even put the tape as one of your inputs on your mixer and record the way you normally do your sets. The only advantage to this is if your mixer has eq you can make the tape quality better.
  12. :D I found it on soulseek. Just look for cuba computers. I'm downloading it as I type. It's a really slow connection. I will let you guys know if i get the song in its entirety. Wish me luck
  13. I agree, the label rocks. I don't have any of the new stuff, but I have the John Digweed LA, Paul Oakenfold NY, Sasha Ibiza, and my personal favorite Deep Dish Moscow. My next purchase will be satoshi for sure.
  14. In case you haven't realized yet .. I made a mistake on the url. It's www.slsk.org not .com. Sorry about that.

    derb - derb

I'm sure it would be easy to find on soulseek -> www.slsk.org It's actually pretty old. It's on the Club Series v5 (Riddler) cd and a bunch other compilations.
  16. Soulseek -> www.slsk.com I think it's safe to say that the majority of members from this message board use it. I think it's the best thing since napster.
  17. i have had the stanton rm-100 for 7 months now and I'm happy with it. I ended up getting stanton 650 cd player around the same time as well and no complains so far. The pioneer and denon cd players maybe too expensive for the budget. Before the stanton cd player i had a gemini cd player for nearly 3 years. Every year the pitch control would stop working and i had issues with one side of the cd player every now and then. So my advice is don't get the gemini or numark 'cause they're not worth the headache. Get something better like stanton. As far as the advantage of dual vs table top cd players, I (obviously) prefer dual. It makes it easy to carry around and set up. Good luck
  18. Dreaming Of Love - STEVIE B Diamond Girl - NICE & WILD Point Of No Return - Expose When I Hear Music - Debbie Deb If You Leave Me Now - Jaya Sincerely Yours - SWEET SENSATION Notice Me - Sandee Maria - TKA A Day In My Life - Lissette Melendez Where Does That Leave Love - George LaMond Whispers - Corina Fallen Angel - Coro Funk Boutique - The Cover Girls What Goes Around Comes Around - GIGGLES Together Forever - Lissette Melendez Can't Let You Go - Coro Without You - George LaMond Temptation - Corina Louder Than Love - TKA Look Into My Eyes - George LaMond Who's Got Your Love - Nyasia Just a little list to get you going
  19. Oh that's the millenium set 12-31-99, not 12-31-00. Anyway, I have no idea what that song is ... sorry dude.
  20. I don't have the song. Would it be possible for you to upload a clip of it .. like 30secs?
  21. Yo FatBlackCat, I haven't been on the board much, but one thing I do know is that there are many people on this board who help out in many ways. Mindfaqd and Saleen are just two of them. Every now and then comes along someone who feels like dissing someone. This is unfortunate because people are here to support one another. Share their knowledge in music and have a good time talking about things that we are passionate about .. MUSIC! So if this board in not up to par for you, then maybe the board is not right for you. But there's no need to talk trash. If someone's made a mistake a simple message correcting him would have been fine. So don't ruin the fun. This is a great place to learn about stuff and share music and knowledge. You are more than welcome to stay but if all you're going to do is bitch then don't waste valuable bandwidth. Thanks
  22. I caught the last 40 mins of your set. Great song selection!! Which clubs do you go to, to listen to those songs. I know most of them but there was this one song. It had the whip sound in it. I'm not sure if you added that effect or it was part of the song. Either way it sounded really good. What was the name of it? Thanks
  23. Has anyone heard of this song: Sandy Hot Pants - Smitty and Davenport I heard it on Sirius Radio. It's house with latin flavor. I couldn't find it on soulseek. I'm willing to pay money for this song Thanks
  24. You know what, I have no idea what I'm talking about I went to amazon.com and found a "Best Remixes of Gypsy Kings" that's probably where the song came from.
