hey guys..... just wanna announce that tonight, december 19th, mozaic expressions is hosting our final wednesday party of the year at NAKED LUNCH and to celebrate (& go out with a bang) we've booked Dominique & Marcus of Plant Recordings - who will be spinning from 10-1.....opening set by Charlie Ruhle from 7:30 - 10pm.....closing set by Kai 2 off every drink from 7-9, and its always FREE at the door NAKED LUNCH - 17 Thompson St (Thompson & Grand - 1 block north of Canal) A, C, & E to Canal St It should be a good night of great peeps and beats.....hope to see you there!!! :smoke:

hahahah I love Louie Devito jokes... I'd say you guys said it all........ sometimes I've heard DJ's who's musical tastes I didn't like, but their skills and overall programming worked and I was feelin it......other times I've heard DJ's spin my favorite tracks but if they can't mix or the programming isn't on, it doesn't do it for me.....its gotta be matched - like when you get a stereo, if you get the worlds best speakers and the worlds cheapest amp (or vice versa), the overall end result will suck....but if you get a medium quality amp and medium (matching quality) set of speakers, it will sound right.... I'm rambling......but the idea is - if you have great taste in music, you are 25% there.....if you are a good mixer, you're 35% there......if you're decent at each, you're like 75% there....the whole is greater than the sum of its parts....... someone smack me laider

Just wanted to get on and say ~thank you~ to everybody for coming out to Naked Lunch for the new after-work-into-the-night party and making it a success - I really think that place is nice - good set up, a nice atmosphere, and a quality system, but its you guys that make it a party - thanks everyone who stopped through- and if ya didn't - don't worry there'll be more of these! hope you had fun! chuck:grin:
