closing for Deep Dish this time!!! should be goooooooooooooooooood.... Centro is definately one of the best things going in NYC right now......and I've never done drugs in there........the talent they bring is very diverse and always worth checking out... People should definately be smart and keep whatever they're doing on the DL, regardless of what club you're in.....being really obvious is stupid.....of course they're gonna have to clamp down on security..especially with all the attention now off of Twilo, the city has to look to the next set of clubs to investigate..... This isn't a gripe with the club, though, its with certain people...Centro is providing us with a great venue, and amazing DJ's.....its up to us to keep our shit straight and not ruin it for ourselves.....

Derrick May - I want to hear him again, but he was the best DJ @ Boo5 in my opinion, by far...he hit us for like 2-3 hours with a great selection of beats, well mixed, versatile, and got me moving more than any other DJ that day/night I have a feeling he would be tops in my list if I could hear him one more time....

that list is more like it.... although I'd put Hawtin in the Hardest section too.... Jeff Mills is the man..... Cass was real good when we saw him.... Hawtin is amazing PVD won my vote on April 13th when he squashed all doubts till 10:45 am......*THANKGODWEDIDN"TMISSTHATNIGHT*

Hey../.. my friends throw the Fruition party every wednesday @ the Orchard Bar....its pretty nice in there, a perfect place to put back some drinks and lounge...no cover, etc... DJ's Jan Lo Sneak-E-Pete & Deunan, plus they have a live saxaphonist tonight playing along with the DJs'....should be pretty fat. If you meet Jan or Paul (Deunan) tell them Chuck sent ya....

quite true...people seem to think its one clubs responsibility to take over where another club left off.......vinyl's been big since before Twilo was done.....(of course the Twilo crowd - myself included - is looking to vinyl as an alternative....)

this is a good point.....about the CD's....and also how people are quick to judge, when they haven't even tried it.... I heard there was some new product that Hawtin was using, that you could basically put this dummy-vinyl on the decks, and play tracks from your PC (or CD?), using the dummy-vinyl to manipulate the track like it was the record itself...this would make it the best of both worlds..... have you heard anything about this?

I'd like to check out Junior one day.....probably tears it up...would I be wrong to think he plays a lot of domestic house and diva vocals? I'm only going based on word of mouth and his productions/mix CD's........probably not my cup o' java, but I'd like to check out one of the biggest names in DJ'ng.... but JEff Mills should be on this list somewhere...that would be my choice....Hawtin as well.... Carl Cox may have been at the Area 1 show, but he didn't sell out like Oakey, he stayed true, so I wouldn't say that makes him cheesy/mainstream
