as to the extent of my knowledge, there is no pvd @ twilo set available on the net...that set that you speak of is mislabeled and was taken from a set he did in west (i believe colorado)... There are only 3 sets from twilo that are out: SnD 4th and 5th Anniv, and Junior Vasquez NYE 99...
