I just heard on the radio...Aaliyah died saturday in a plane crash in the bahamas. I cant believe this, she was only 21, ive been following her career since she first came on the scene, one of my favorite girls, mtv just aired last week a diary of Aaliyah, im in complete shock right now. She was such a down to earth girl, everybody i know is out clubbin now so i thought i would just spread this message on the board. i cant say for sure but i dont think Paris is too keen on guys who arent white, i waited around and watched who she was turning away and there was definitely a trend, whatever, maybe i'll have better luck next time.

wish i could join in this rave review of factory last nite, but Paris made sure that wouldnt happen. i really dont understand the door policy, first they say no more guys, so i stand back and watch a bunch of guys go in, then they turn away an almost identical group of guys, so we get a group of girls to say were with them, there were about 8 girls in this group and us 4 guys, Paris then goes up to the girls and threatens to kick them off line if they are with us. I hope something really bad happens to her/him whatever paris is.

saw skribbles this past saturday spin at an indian party at hammerstein ballroom and i have to say he really impressed me. Before i thought skribbles was just commercial cheese mtv stuff but he tore it up last nite. He still had a real new york sound to his stuff but i liked it, and what really impressed me was that he was taking indian beats and vocals and mixing them in with trance tracks. Alot better than any indian dj ive seen ever do. gotta give the guy respect for that.

why do u guys think its so crazy to say goodbye to twilo? someone said "clubbing is just clubbing" well if thats all you thought of twilo then i can understand why you wouldnt want to come out. There was more to twilo than great dj's and good people, there was a community. Twilo created something that other clubs have yet to match, a connection to the scene. It was opening people's minds to the depths of electronic music. A radio jockey on 92.3 called twilo "the carnegie hall of electronica" many people feel this way, including myself. Also it was taken away from us, by a government that is bent on destroying clubs because they are dellusioned into thinking taking away clubs will solve the drug problem. That alone is enought to stir up strong emotions in people, what the city did was a total violation of rights. Twiloboss compared the city's action to the McCarthy era, just the fact that Twilo was lost in this manner is enough for me to want to make it known how much the club meant to me, and my show my distaste for the actions of the mayor. i heard that they got a new writer towards the end of the first season, thats why the storyline got so much better, its a writer from star trek, so he made this whole intergalactic war story, which i love, but the problem is that most of their viewers are teenage girls, so what they really wanna see is the romance with max and liz, the highest rated show was when future max came to see liz, i wish more people could see how awesome this show is. ------------------ self improvement is masturbation..self destruction is the answer.
