The same thing happens to me when I take any type of diet pill with Ephedra. If I take 2 before I go out and then drink Red Bull, I get the same jittery feeling I have when I'm rolling....Weird......

Romy-when I bought 5HTP the guy at GNC told me to take only 1 a day since 2 a day is usually the dosage suggested for people who are actually depressed. I didn't read through e-tarded's post but he usually knows what he's talking about so I would follow his advice!
