  1. Exactly. Nothing wrong with Gucci either...Tom Ford rocks!
  2. I had so much fun there that I must have left about a bucket of serotonin in Ibiza. Europeans definitely dance differently. Seems like they dance to the melody rather than the beat. As far as the language barrier goes, everyone is so fucked up that it won't matter. I had a 4 hr long conversation with some guy at Space about how his close friend, whom he sheltered at his house stole money and all of his coke. After all that this guy did for his friend, the friend just stabbed him in the back like that. He was distraught and just had to get this story off of his chest. My wife and I sat and listened to his entire woeful tale of the cruelty of human kind. After four hours had passed, it occurred to me that this guy was speaking Italian to us. Neither my wife nor myself speak a word of Italian. Was it telepathy or did we eat so many disco biscuits that we hallucinated his entire story? Maybe he was talking about the stock market the whole time. Oh well. BTW, here are my reviews (with video clips) of some of the clubs we went to: Amnesia DC10 Sa Trincha
  3. The thing with "trendy" places like this is that it's not the place that's trendy but the glitterati patrons who visit it. Many celebs show up with their entourage and friends and essentially turn a lounge/bar into a private party. When the celebs are there, the place is tough to get into and is the toast of the town. When the celebs are not there, all you have is a bar/lounge like any other...just more expensive.
  4. How does one obtain "vitamins" over there? Do you just hope that club dealers sell you good stuff? Do you ask bartenders for it?
  5. I'm happy to hear that (since that's where we'll be staying 9/15-9/26)
  6. Is there any place there (other than Tore Del Cannonigo) that you'd recommend?
  7. Thanx for the help. I'm still kinda trying to decide between Old Town, Figueretes and Playa Den Bossa. I guess the advatage of Old Town (D'Alt Villa) is that it's more historic and exclusive. Figuretes is a nice beach area. Den Bossa is near Space and Bora Bora. Decisions, decisions... What do you gus think is the best of these three areas and why?
  8. Very nice. Do you know anything about the Royal Plaza? Is it better to stay closer to the beach or closer to D'Alt Villa?
  9. Just bought tix to Ibiza (9/14-9/26). Now I need a place to crash. Does NE1 have any info on decent hotels? I'd like to pay no more than $150/night.
  10. One of the general problems with most Americans is that they feel the need to label and catalog everything because they are uncomfortable living in a world of gray. They need everything to be black and white because to them, making their own decisions is cumbersome. By definition, human sexuality is more dynamic than static. Pinning the "Bi" tail on this proverbial donkey is a pain in the ass because the donkey isn't standing still. Regardless, most of this post drifted away from cathyo's original questions. Yes, many women try-bi for attention. Yes, in a commited relationship, bringing in a another woman might ruin it. One thing that most men don't factor in when they fantasize about another woman joining in is jealousy. If the relationship is relatively casual, there's no harm in it. If there's love involved, it's a different story. ------------------
  11. Like many already stated: CP is cyclical. You have the same pattern of new peeps being introduced to the scene, finding CP, meeting the Planeteers, breaking off into cliques of similar people, and decreasing their CP posts because they tire of posting and reading the same exact "how old is everyone/what's your favorite club/I did lots of drugs last night" posts from every newbie. This cycle is inevitable and there's nothing wrong with it. CP is a great place to meet new people and exchange ideas. Personally, I don't post here as much because my wrist hurts from scrolling past everyone's humongous sigs only to find out that the post was some racist/homophobic/dimwitted blather. ------------------
  12. While the recent increase cultural acceptance of female bisexuality allows some women to explore without the usual stigma, many others do it because it's fashionable. ------------------
  13. Congrats! ...there goes the rest of your serotonin... ------------------
  14. Does your granma still like Frank Sinatra? ------------------
  15. LOL! One thing to remember is that just about every "Asian" girl in a club is American. Would you go up do a black girl in a club and assume that hitting on her is somehow different because she must be from Africa? Leave the Swahili at home and just be yourself. ------------------
  16. try anonymizer.com ------------------
  17. ...Mmmmm....Milwaukee's Best....brings back memories of my drunken college days. ------------------
  18. I've got the same hangover thing going. I'd probably get less bent from malt liquor than from a good bordeaux. ------------------
  19. Yep. I don't like anything even remotely hostile when roll. Then again, I'm sure Country would kill my roll as well. ------------------
  20. He thought he did. Nevertheless, the one thing that confounds me is the actual incidents that he chose as the trigger for his act. Waco and Ruby Ridge? Seems like he could have picked more developed issues to protest with such dramatic terrorism. There was already a huge puplic outcry about the government's handling of the sieges even before McVeigh blew up the federal building. He didn't really highlight any issue that wasn't already being dealt with and in the public eye. Before the explosion, many milita and anti-goverment groups were getting media coverage. They were even starting to amass some puplic support and to get the nation to start questioning federal policy as a whole. After the blast, almost all media attention to the groups stopped. McVeigh's act actually hurt these groups by discrediting them even further. ------------------
  21. Guys, I hope your loved ones get well soon. ------------------
